Graham and his team provide an exceptional service. They are a friendly family business who care about their customers and always go over and above to ensure that their customers are looked after and receive an impeccable service. SMS s pricing is always highly competitive and their service levels exemplary. I would highly recommend SMS to any school or business looking for commercial services in security gates, access panels, emergency lighting, intruder alarms and fire alarms.

I phoned SMS Alarms at 2:38am and even though I told them I wasn t a customer of theirs they still helped, not only did they talk me through how to stop the horrendous noise they also advised on how to keep my property secure until they arrived to rectify the issue.

The really sad part is I ve been a Tops Security Solutions Ltd customer for years and when I needed them the most they did not call me back, despite 3 attempts to make contact I was left annoying the neighbourhood.

I had no idea I could switch so sorry Tops but you ve just lost a customer and I now feel confident that if I need help in the early hours I'll now get it.

Can t recommend SMS enough.

I would highly recommend SMS following a very successful door entry system project to two blocks of flats. Graham is awesome, he guided me through the process with such professionalism and made me feel really comfortable with the works that were going to take place. The project ran very smoothly, the team were always available for any questions and I was kept up to date throughout. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Builders accidentally cut through our alarm system cabling and, within an hour of making the call to SMS, Graham was on site and rewiring enabling the work to continue. We were so grateful for this excellent response and cannot recommend more highly.

What an excellent company - a nice young lady and her father came to survey our school, and we've had nothing but excellent service from them ever since, they are always fantastic to deal with and perfectly charming, even when we have to phone them in the middle of the night
