We have had issues now 6 months our key fobs don't work. It's always hit or miss. Our building management company keeps saying sorry and sw-24 keeps changing the "motherboard" but still nothing works.
DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE I am a tenant in a building "monitored" by SecureWatch24. We had 50+ packages stolen in May and they refuse to provide footage to tenants or to the property manager. I have called half or emailed at least ten times, and just get ignored or told someone will call me back. Finally, someone at SecureWatch24 told me they would provide footage if I had a police officer call to request the footage. Now, for over a week NYPD has been calling and emailing to get the footage and they are ignoring the police! Today they said they will not turn over the security footage we pay them to provide unless the police get a court order for it. So, to review, our building pays this company money to record common areas in our building. But they wont provide that footage to tenants, to building management, or to the police. Even worse, they can't even be bothered to respond.
The absolute worse customer services I have EVER experiences in my entire life. My system has had issues for 6 days now. They keep giving me the run around and have yet to help!!
