They have a very large selection of items to choose from at very good prices

This place offers something that is hard to find nowadays. It's a small business with a great variety. Prices are very fair, and the staff is helpful if you need them. I do not have any experience in selling to them, so I cannot comment on that. If you are looking for a used entertainment store I would look no further.

I wish I could rate this place in negative stars. My husband and I received thee worst customer service EVER from this place. We drove 30 minutes to purchase a video game for our ps4. Tried to use the game the next day our PlayStation wouldn't read the disk. I took the game out && noticed it had a very thin crack in the game. I admittedly called the store and spoke with someone who told me that I would be able to exchange it since I DIDN'T have thee game 24 hours and also still had the receipt. The next morning we drove back expecting to just exchange the video game for a working game since we did pay money for one. Upon arrival my husband was accused by the "manager" Billy Williams (he said his name was.) of breaking the disk himself. He also was very rude to my husband by making smart remarks like saying we didn't know how to properly remove a disk from a case. He told us he would NOT honor THEIR 7 day policy even tho we had the game less than 24 hours with receipt. I than tried to talk to him he quickly shut me down, wouldn't let me talk, made smart remarks while I talked kindly to him. When I asked to speak with the owners he said they NEVER came to the store and good luck finding him. We spent good money in that store, but will NEVER again. Do NOT shop here bad customer service, scam you for your money!

They have the best deals on used products. The staff is friendly. They also give a fair amount for products. They always have new movies at great prices.

A great place for used games are a great price. I have gotten may games here, on multiple systems, for an amazingly good price.

I really love this place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Then place is nice and clean. And they have a great selection to choose from. Definitely need to check this place out if your into retro stuff.

One of my favorite haunts in Dayton. Great prices, and you never know what you'll find. Last visit I found a movie I'd been looking for for years, and we got some amazing CDs for roadtrips.

This place used to have a great used cd selection, but now it seems kind of like a used video game and DVD store. Which I guess is reflective of what people are spending money on. I used to go there a lot more often when they had more music. I've found some really great music here in the past. The owners are really nice fella's. The bald guy loves it when you rub his head for good luck.

You can find a lot of movies games and CDs here. The service and staff is great. The used merchandise is of great quality.

A unique shop where you can find old and some new video games and systems in pretty good condition. Also movies and electronics that might be no longer available in stores.

Busy. Surprisingly good selection, including older games. Found exactly what I was looking for. Felt like the sell price was fair enough.

Pretty decent place. Good deal and was able to be in and out in now time. Staff was friendly and doesn't try to sell me anything that I don't need like GameStop. Would recommend to anyone looking for older games or movies.

I go mainly for the Blu-ray selection. Quite a large selection and prices are more than fair. They have a lot of video games as well! Plus music, too. I love this place!

I purchased a game yesterday, got it home and it didnt work. I had the receipt but the only thing they could do was give me in store credit because they didnt have another game to exchange the one i wanted. But the people where nice and i got 2 new games, hopefully they work!!

Prices are almost the same as brand new prices with the exception of some things. Depending on what your looking for, I would suggest to look at a couple places to compare prices.

Quite a large selection of movies , video games & such. They are reasonably priced
& fair on their buying ( in my experience).
Be ready for a long wait if you go on a weekend or holiday. All & all they were courteous , friendly & helpful. Please support this store and ones like it. They are becoming hard places to find!

I love finding movies like a treasure hunt. The prices are great for movies of all genres. I found some dollar movies I have never seen before, and to my surprise these movies were pretty good. The staff are courteous and helpful.

This is where you go for vintage, albums, cassettes, games, systems etc. I don't like the area, and a couple of air fresheners would help. But they seem to do a good business and have a lot of hard to find items. Staff is there to do their jobs and aren't unfriendly, but not obviously friendly either.

Good shop. Have bought OG video games from them for years. The only thing I think would be helpful to collectors is that they usually don't have the original cases + handbooks and the price will be what you pay for the complete on eBay. The image for the game (most recent) is what they sold me vs. the OG case I purchased elsewhere. Otherwise, you'll get a comparable price and a good selection.

I love second time around i drive from Michigan to shop here and have for years.Not once have i bought ipads,laptops,cameras and many other items and had problems with anyone of them.the staff is always ready to help and very knowledgeable as well.

I realize they're usually busy, but they really need to hire someone who knows how to smile and be courteous to their customers.

This used to be my #1 go to place but the customer service is not as great as it used to be. Some of the staff members act like pompous A-Holes and will totally ignore you just to talk amongst themselves or to avoid customer engagement it seems. Selection of items is fairly decent and if you re looking for something retro in particular chances are they may have it though it s pretty hit or miss. I would however advise to cover your nose as much as you can while looking around in here. Store smells like cigarettes mixed with farts and bad body odor. Wouldn t kill them to simply fragrance the place with febreeze. Seriously it reeks pretty bad and is enough to give you a headache if you are inside long enough.

They will give you decent prices on just about anything electronic new and old.

It's a very good place to get hard to find gaming stuff or music. It's a place you really need to check out.

I am a 48-year-old physician now but at the age of 9 I started playing the guitar. I still play daily, but it took me years to really know when you are in the right hands buying a guitar for the first time or as a seasoned player. I have read varying reviews about this store and can honestly say you should not buy elsewhere. When was the last time you bought a guitar from, for example, Guitar Center and when you got home it had already been professionally set up and was near flawless? Almost never!!

I have now bought, sold and traded with Allen for years. This is what a buyer needs to know:
-he simply has an eye for finding excellent, sought after, near new used guitar's
-they have a Luthier that preps each guitar top to bottom and you will always end up with a perfect player right out of the case
-many guitar's are limited edition's that you will not find elsewhere
-it will sound good if not better when you get home vs coming home to find your new guitar ordered just is not as good as the one played in the chain stores
-they will work with you; if you see a guitar you like but want lower action or different gauge strings it will happen

Simply put; maybe the negative reviews I have seen here potentially are coming from those that do not know excellent gear when they see it!!

A good place to find secondhand electronics and media. The pricing seems a little random but still reasonable.
