I wish I could rate this place in negative stars. My husband and I received thee worst customer service EVER from this place. We drove 30 minutes to purchase a video game for our ps4. Tried to use the game the next day our PlayStation wouldn't read the disk. I took the game out && noticed it had a very thin crack in the game. I admittedly called the store and spoke with someone who told me that I would be able to exchange it since I DIDN'T have thee game 24 hours and also still had the receipt. The next morning we drove back expecting to just exchange the video game for a working game since we did pay money for one. Upon arrival my husband was accused by the "manager" Billy Williams (he said his name was.) of breaking the disk himself. He also was very rude to my husband by making smart remarks like saying we didn't know how to properly remove a disk from a case. He told us he would NOT honor THEIR 7 day policy even tho we had the game less than 24 hours with receipt. I than tried to talk to him he quickly shut me down, wouldn't let me talk, made smart remarks while I talked kindly to him. When I asked to speak with the owners he said they NEVER came to the store and good luck finding him. We spent good money in that store, but will NEVER again. Do NOT shop here bad customer service, scam you for your money!
