This store is such a very special part of Eastlake. If you have a special occasion to celebrate, the Seattle Caviar Co is a gem on your side. It's owners Betsy and Dale are some of the kindest people I know. They and their knowledgeable staff will gladly guide you through the delicacies they represent from all around the world. Enjoy!!! I've shopped here for years, at least 15 or more and every time I walk through the door it feels as special as the very first. Recently we moved from Seattle to a much more rural area southwest of Olympia. We felt the need to celebrate the coming season so I went online and ordered everything i needed, filled out the information including delivery date and lo and behold this morning UPS was at my door! As always, it came in it's own little cold case, in short it was as perfect as always.
The only bad thing I have to say is that I'll miss the always warm and friendly people and atmosphere of the store itself. Caviar is a special thing and should be enjoyed in a special way so make sure you order enough of Betsy's blinis, they just dont get any better!

What wonderful experience. Came for our anniversary to try different caviars and ended up taking some home for later. Helpful and friendly owners and staff. Will definitely be back.
We buy 8+ oz. at least 3 times a year. Fantastic caviar, nice variety, and the tasting experience is great. Highly recommended
