Good:

Good:
Nice clean courts (around 10), changing rooms, nice racquets that are rentable.
Bad:
Usually busy and players take turns in playing in the courts. Eg: your party plays fifteen min and leaves the court. The next party gets the court while you wait in line again.
The waiting process is archaic and involves a lady (who seems to feel too powerful) calling out people to get off the court and "getting" people based on technicalities. It amazes me that they don't use a timer for this.

One of the few places in Seattle which have exclusive badminton courts. The courts are all new and have a new timer based system for rotation of players.

They also provide services for private tutoring for Youth and adults. They also have a discount program for members when buying shuttles and badminton rackets.

Their membership is cheaper for family which can include two adults and two kids. They have dedicated coaching of the sources for especially Kids.

My go-to badminton club. Members can play anytime and good players to play with. If you're working at a big corporation like Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte etc, you can sign up to be a member at a discount. On top of it, if you want to sign-up for classes, depending on what level you play, the coaches are very good to train you at the level. I've taken classes with Coach Chang, who is very very good.

We were 5 people and only four were allowed to play on a court for 30 min. Not even like they have is the court to use it at our discretion. The facilitator was was very mean and screaming at all over the mic. Totally dissatisfied with the experience.

Can't do much better for badminton! Ten courts with plenty of amenities and a pro shop up front. They also use a novel system for assigning players and courts during open hours using an app coded by one of their members, which keeps things moving extremely efficiently- no matter how crowded it gets, you'll get plenty of time on the courts! The people are friendly and welcoming to players of all skill levels. Highly recommend!

The lighting is good. But the roof height is really low. Also, this place is getting too much crowded day by day. Half of the times they have some trainings going on, so the ratio becomes 40 players on 3 courts. It is really tough to carry on the game by so many pauses in middle. Sometimes even we aren't able to complete 1 game.

Good place for Badminton. Nicely organized.Staff is courteous and understanding.10 courts in all to play..Somedays it is crowded. At times 60% of the courts are booked for children and training lesson. That makes 40% only available for regular paid members. It will be good if that can be managed better. But overall a real great place to play

I had a good time, despite some weirdness overall.

Some of the patrons ended up being quite rude and entitled, asking my partner and I to move from our court despite other courts being open - and not taking no for an answer.

The staff was generally friendly, but honestly a little unprofessional. Basic questions that I asked - being a newcomer to this location - were met with some weird stipulative responses.

For instance, I asked if the happy hour price got me admission through the night - he said I'd have to come back out and pay the extra 10 dollars (each) if we went over 6pm, but that they weren't too strict.

I asked for my receipt, and he questioned why I even wanted it.

I asked if birdies came with my racket rental, and he was reluctant to hand them over, saying they sold them in tubes but that "I guess" you can use some ---- which there were several hundred used birdies in containers once you're inside.

Later, on the courts, there's meant to be a strict 13 minute limit for singles, and 20something minutes for doubles. The guy that was meant to be monitoring that never accomplished this, which is why we had some really awkward interactions with rude patrons.

Over all, if you really love badminton, check it out. I will probably go back now that I know what the expeirence is like - especially for 8 dollars total during happy hour. It's worth it. However, you may be better of just buying a net and a racket and some birdies and going out on the weekend with some friends in a field somewhere for fun.

If you're looking for professional or more consistent play, this is a good option. For drop-ins, it just felt a little like I was being guilted at every turn.

Take it or leave it!

Too many unscheduled court reservations! On sunday morning 9am, members have a waiting of ~20mins. Their scheduling chart clearly says that courts can't be reserved at the time and yet 40% of courts are reserved for private lessons.

Good club, kids classes, members league and lot of open times. The Badminton facilities are good, classes are taught in a professional manner and facility is kept well. The only complain is the place needs to be aerated regularly as there is some stale smell.

Been playing there for a long time. Most of the staff there are nice, but recently some staffs are being harsh on customers.

My friend may be breaking the rules on court, but someone is not asking him nicely. After I learn more details from him, I think that person may not be the staff, just another customer who feel obligated.

Started in bronze, went up to Gold 1 in 3 years. I love the coaches there, very friendly, As expensive some of the private lessons are, they are very worth the money. The coaches will train you hard and make sure you stay focused. Encouragment there is strongly used, or strongly said for it helps fellow players focus better, If that makes any sense.

A great place to meet talented players and spend an entire evening. Gets very crowded most evenings though because of scheduled classes that take place, except maybe Friday. It has also gotten expensive to drop-in lately, though the membership rates have not increased which makes them all the more valued. They also have a ladder tournament every week for those willing to get competitive.

I'm taking a class with coach Ian for adult lesson right now and enjoying it immensely. Really feel myself improving and getting my cardio workout too. Club itself is very crowded and organization can be hectic.

The 10 badminton courts are all nice and clean with great layout. Staff are there to help with court rotations and other services - racket stringing, equipment ordering, etc. Overall a very warm and welcoming environment! Highly recommended.
