We arrived at 10: 50 pm on a Saturday night and service and food was a 5 star. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a pomegranate margarita martini and it was delicious. Definitely worth every penny $34 to be exact.

Interesting. Mean sizes are smaller and calories are listed for each item, which we liked
We enjoyed our meals. Felt special. Beware they offer these tiny desserts that are hard to resist!

I rarely do reviews for restaurants, but felt compelled to post to warn others so my experience is not duplicated...would give it zero or negative stars if I could. We were in Orlando to take our kids to Disney and decided to go off property for dinner one night. We were the only family we could see with young kids and were given odd looks by the staff when we entered. The hostess started to tell us that they had no availability when I told her we had reservations. The waiter was actually really personable and helpful before ordering, which was the only minor bright spot.

The service was very slow and the food was AWFUL. My son ordered a hamburger and a cheeseburger came out....not the end of the world, but it came with mozzarella cheese -- who the heck puts that on a kids' cheeseburger? Also no condiments of any kind, no lettuce/tomato/etc, and it took me literally walking to the kitchen to get ketchup for him to get him to even take a bite. My daughter had kids pasta and the red sauce was so bad that I had to fake liking it just to get her to eat some of it....the absolute worst red sauce I've ever tasted on a kids pasta meal. My wife ordered shrimp and it was literally inedible....we told our waiter how bad it was and just got a mild "sorry" in response. My steak was so bad that I've even gotten better at a Denny's or Sizzler and this is no exaggeration. All told, we spent almost $150 on a meal that we really couldn't eat and no one was interested in taking any accountability for it...we didn't want anything free or comp'ed...just for someone to step up and say something like "this is unacceptable and I will find out what happened and fix it...". But like I said, all that was offered was a totally insincere apology. By the time we gave up, it was after 9 pm w/ 3 young kids and it took over 20 min's for the waiter to even bring the check after we asked for it. Sadly, a fitting end for this completely awful experience.

This place is part of the group that owns Red Lobster and other mass-produced processed food. This isn't a problem if that's what they marketed themselves as, however, they put themselves out there like they are a "farm to table" restaurant and this is absolutely NOT the case. They duped us into coming there and wasting a bunch of money and ruining one of our vacation dinners but hopefully we can help others avoid this same mistake. I'm really baffled by the amount of great ratings this place has gotten...

Seasons 52 - stop portraying yourselves as a natural farm-to-table restaurant and, instead, market yourself as the chain restaurant w/ mass-produced, bland food that you truly are.

I visited Sunday 8/30 for magical dining and had an amazing experience. I had never been and I was very impressed with the food and service. Kim took care of my friend and I and it was perfect. The food was correct and timed out perfectly. My filet was a true medium and everything tasted phenomenal! We will be back and appreciate Kim s great service.

I came for magical dining and I have never been. And OMG am I glad I came. Mark who was the best server really helped us navigate the menu. I hate servers who talk to much when we eat and then I hate when I m ignored and he was a perfect mix. During my meal he checked in but didn t talk unless I had a question then at the end I got to know him more. He has been there 10 years! Personally, I think you can having amazing food but if your service is awful I wouldn t go back. If you feel the same ask for mark you wouldn t be disappointed. I m so glad I tried seasons and didn t do the same old Eddie V or capital grille. Thank you

Great

Impeccable service from beginning to end?. Michelle was our waitress , she was extremely attentive went above and beyond to ensure my experience as well as my party of 1 felt not only comfortable but special as well.

She explained our entrees... Made sure if extra was ordered are remembered even took time out to take a photo for us... It's hard to find a waitress that cares she's the one if the request her.

The appetizer down to the dinner was so worth it.

I will go back for sure!

Straight 5 starts. The food is delicious and interesting. From the flat bread through the soups, main entrees and the delicious desserts. Alex the waiter was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and even helped to customize an amazing meal. Definitely will visit next the Houston location.

It's such a great restaurant. My family loves how the portion sizes are perfect. It's filling but you don't feel lethargic afterwards. We had the filet mignon and the sea bass. Both were really great. I would definitely eat here again.

It was a great evening here. We had the Spring Fresh, 3 course menu and it was delightful but service was a bit slower than anticipated, thus 4 stars instead of 5. Our server was very nice as well.

The service was ok, but the food wasnt as poppy as my 1st time. My first experience in West Palm Beach had me raving and craving more since my last visit. I may only visit when I am in West Palm Beach from now on.

I've been a loyal customer of Seasons 52 for at least 6-7 years, at times visiting even on a weekly basis, but not anymore. I'm very upset they removed the piano at the bar, and in doing so, they removed the centerpiece of the experience I always looked forward to at Seasons 52.

While the food is still ok, the environment went from a truly unique dining experience, to just another chain restaurant. You can get good food lots of places, but a truly amazing dining experience is hard to come by. Seasons 52 used to be a diamond in the rough, and I could always count on bringing people to Seasons and knowing it would be a wonderful experience at the bar, and used to highly recommend Seasons' to friends, colleagues, and visitors, but they decided to take that away, and its no longer a place I would recommend or visit.

Removing the piano from the restaurant to install a liquor display has lost them a dedicated customer, and a source of frequent referrals and recommendations.

Plenty of other options on Sand Lake Rd.

I go to Seasons 52 quite a bit and I enjoy it a lot.

Last week I visited for the first time since the pandemic started. The restaurant was overly crowded and congested. Staff was doing a great job at cleaning tables and wearing masks but totally failed at managing physical distance. The check-in podium and entrance was a giant melee of people. I didn t tour the entire dining room but all the tables in my area were being used and they were uncomfortably close together.

Food was great, per usual.

Service was very cordial and attentive.

My husband and I come here as often as we can. It's pretty far away from us but definitely bworth the drive. They have a great gluten free menu and reasonable prices. The lamb loin is delicious. Great wine selection. The best Darden restaurant.

Another Orlando flop. Food has absolutely ZERO taste. Probably the worst lamp chops I have ever had in my life. I was eating bland meat with instant mash potatoes with no flavor. They are not kid friendly and didnt seem to have a clue. Waste of money.

Made a reservation and 30 minutes later still no seat. Very frustrating that they double or triple book times on weekends. I made a reservation so I could purposely enjoy dinner at that time. More then a 10 minute wait with a reservation is not acceptable. Especially for a party of only two. I will not return. Service is not like I receive at Capital Grill. Seasons 52 gets a thumbs down

Took my 95 & 94 year old in-laws for happy hour and have to say thevfiod was amazing we even ordered extra it was that good. They have gone of the best happy hour menus around and at great prices. Had heard the food had taken a bit if a nose dive but that was obviously a one off the food, service everything was spot on and I'm having been in the Industry can't wait to go back it's now become my 94 year old mother in law's favorite as there are things on the menu she can actually enjoy especially the Lamb lolipops

We went last night for St. Valentines dinner and it was AMAZING!You can see what they brought for me to eat, it was so good too! Thanks Myles for being a great server! We will definitely be back! Great food and great staff and right on time too!

Service was superb, pleasant atmosphere, excellent presentation for the price point of the restaurant. I docked it one Star because the food lacked sufficient seasoning. It was hot and fresh, but the trout was bland, the shrimp and grits only hinted at the spice that should have been there. In short, the food needed more "boldness".

Love this place, nice atmosphere and food! They take pride in their low calorie dinners and having fair portions, everything we tried (about 15 of us), loved the place! Im looking forward to going back...

Awesome food, great drinks, very nice ambience and more. Lots of drinks choices. A little dark but still great setting. Good place for date, to meet bunch of friends, or to meet parents and family especially if the parents are paying little pricey but still recommended. The menu changes often though the veggie choices are somewhat same and limited.

We went on Saturday for Medical Driving Month and it was not full. It's not very child friendly either. There are no crayons or anything and they won't put high chairs at the booths. The atmosphere was nice. The ceasar salad was okay, but the flatbread and salmon were delicious! The service was also really attentive.

Quite good. Portions are large, food was really good not totally hot. We were seated in the back and I think we were the only adults without kids that where back there, which was just ok. Service was great!

As always excellent, with great service and good food. We went to the happy hour and the prices are great. We ordered a flat bread pizza and include a glass of wine that you can choose. The drinks are half price and really good.
