Food subpar...service not exceptional. For the price, it was not worth the value.

We went to this location last night. The service was awful- I had to find my server every time I needed something. My drink was constantly empty the food took over an hour to come out and to top it off my boyfriend and I got sick from the dessert. They offered us dessert off of a tray which must have been sitting out too long bc I was up at 3am throwing up with violent stomach cramps. My boyfriend woke up around 4 and joined the party. Good thing we have 2 bathrooms today I'm still sick as a dog and I can't eat much. Thanks a lot Seasons 52

size is not everything. just a bite makes all the difference and this place ensures you do not feel hungry with their small portions.

Great place to celebrate and have good food. Service is impeccable.

Best restaurant in Orlando. The service is wonderful, the servers are attentative & most pleasant. I always bring my family when they are in town. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are an 11!

If you are an "old white man" they spit in your food. If your black, they just ignore you till you go away. Why is your management still employed? Olive Garden is the same way.

i am local and Seasons 52 is one of my all time favorite restaurants. You would never know that the food is "healthy" and under 475 cal for any entree--seasoned well and always cooked to perfection. The staff has always shown us the finest in customer service. I always make it a point to take any out of town guests to Seasons and it never fails to impress them positively. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner events. LOVE the mini indulgent desserts.

Great food in healthy portions! The beg and chili soup is always a good choice (go for the bowl!)

Everything about this place was abso-freaking-lutely AMAZING! Is so refreshing to eat at a place with healthy options that's still a classy place. They accommodated a party of 12 with ease.

4 stars for the atmosphere, for the price that you pay though, you dont get much food. Dont go there hungry unless you're willing to fork out for more food.

Fantastic dinner. Loved the atmosphere and the food. It was a great place for a business/social dinner. To top it off, everyone loved the desserts. They may be small, but they were awesome.

This is a fancy expensive place to eat. The food is good, the service was great however I did not find something special. Can't complain though.

Mother's day brunch was not as expected compared to other experiences I've had there. The coffee was cold, very little selections for brunch type menu and the staff was not able to serve the crowd appropriately. For example, at the end of our meal the server came to us dropped the desert tray on our table and said ok ladies desert. I am full aware of the usual customs and services at Seasons 52 so I was very disappointed.

We went for our anniversary and it was amazing! The wait staff was fantastic and super helpful and friendly. I cant when describe how delicious the food was. It melts in your mouth and makes you start drooling just when you smell it!! The desserts was the best part!! So delicious! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Honestly, we did not have the best meal. Very unusual as every other time the food was great. I spoke to the manager who "owned up" to the problem I described and he went out of his way to make it better. I really appreciated his attitude and sincere concern. I'll be back, thanks to the managers actions.

Rushed off my table by other patrons ...lol thought I was back in NY.

Great place. Great food. Great service. Beautiful view of the lake. Ample parking. And good price.

Love it as always. The filet and the tuna were cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the butternut squash soup, the crab cake and the crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms. Most importantly, the service was impeccable.

Came here to celebrate our engagement whilst in Orlando on holiday from England, having only just proposed the night before at Disney World.

There was a valet to park or m our car and the setting seemed magical at night, the place was clean and well presented, with an up market feel to it.

We were seated quickly and the service and food were great.

Exceptional food and wine, and the waiter read our minds for every little request... Definitely impressed!

Always delicious. We are locals and sit at the bar. Staff are amazing especially Jennel and Brent. We feel like we are hanging out with friends. Great atmosphere. We love it. Definitely recommend it.

Went for lunch and had a delicious chicken flat bread. We were served quickly and staff is super friendly and helpful!

We had such excellent service here! We did have to wait a bit too long to be seated due, but the manager more than made it up to us with great seating, and comped appetizers and desserts!

The waiter and hostess were on point with Customer Service. Food was great until the manager or whom ever (white male, dark hair skinny frail frame) walked around to each table and asked how was your experience and skipped our table. I let it slide until as we were leaving the hostess ask us about our experience and gave a grade A but the same manager was now near the hostess had the nerve to turn his back to us. Straight racist!!!! This happen on last night 8/11 /17 around 7p to 830p. ONLY IN USA/FLORIDA! !

Can't miss with any dish. When in doubt, order the salmon grilled on a cedar plank.

$$$ Food was superb. Excellent wine selection. Personally, I was glad they serve a quality NA beer. Recommend you get Mark as your server; great personality, good conversationalist, very professionl, and, most refreshing, not ashamed to admit he doesn't know it all. Good man, that.

Free valet parking, nice interior with a covered patio viewing a lake. Food is good.

Always love seasons 52. The food is always cooked to perfection. And our server Mark was great. They had complimentary valet parking available, and their happy hour is good.

Their short rib flat bread is awesome. Which isn't surprising since they're short rib entree is fantastic.

Their half roasted chicken is very good as well as the rack of lamb.

I will say I like the menu setup that Maryland has over the menu setup they have down here.

Always great. Highly recommend that you try it if you haven't ever been there.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I would give them a 5- star rating if I didn't encounter such a rude employee upon arriving. I had reservations @ 9:30PM but had to wait 20min. Which was fine and totally expected since it was Valentines Day. Upon arriving I was asked my name by the only host without a name tag. She was very snippy and rude. When I told her my name she immediately said "What?!" rudely in a very loud voice, which I disregarded. As I stood by the host stand I continued seeing the same host treating arriving guest poorly. A guest asked to see a menu as they were being seated and her answer to him was "Well its kind of our jobs to seat you then give the menus" and refused to give the guest a menu. This was very dismissive and unnecessary. She could have easily accommodated that simply requested. When we finally were seated by Cat (who was very nice and pleasant) our attitudes completely changed and we had the best experience. Service and food were phenomenal as usual. As we left I asked for the name of the rude and unprofessional host that seemed like she was coordinating and I was told her name was Amanda.

I guess they forgot my special occasion even though they asked when I made the reservation.

Went on Valentine's day. Had a table by the window with a great view. Venue was nice. Our first visit, we were disappointed in the menu selections and the food was okay, but not worth the price. Service was very good. Will not likely return.

Pros:
-mashed potatoes were rich and creamy
-asparagus was seasoned and cooked very well
-children's menu items that my daughters order was delicious. (Flat bread and Angus burger)
-comforting atmosphere

Cons:
-NY strip was not flavorful, had a burnt grill taste
-lobster tail's texture was a bit mushy
-mediocre customer service

The prices are good if the food was delicious and well prepared.

Seasons is always great. Went there for my sister's birthday & she enjoyed it. Food tastes good, desserts are amazing! Great service, atmosphere and menu options.

We have been coming here for several years and have done Magical dining for past 3. This year was a big disappointment, we had great salads before. This year all I got was greens, 1 pc tomato and 1 tiny pc of cucumber. My husband had Caesar, all Romaine and no Kale. Their were 8 of us. Menu said flatbread for appetizer, well they would only give us 2 flatbread for 8 people. What a rip off, that was only 2 tiny PCs per person. Not even enough to taste, but menu said appetizer came with the meal, nothing about only 2 of you can have it but rest pay the same price. Our friend ordered Lamb, said wasn t very tasty, my husband ordered filet med, came pretty rare. Vega tables were so hard you couldn t even chew them, green beans, brocollini, and Brussels sprouts. Last time we had wonderful grilled veggies that were soft to the fork. No one could hardly eat them, another waste of money. My scallops were pretty good but a little too done. Desserts were good. They mixed up our checks at the end. All in all wouldn t say that was a Magical Dining experience. The appetizer situation was ridiculous, last year each couple paying got a flatbread. That s the way it should be, didn t see the value in this one for sure. Too bad..

First time in Orlando. This restaurant has an nice crowd, nice atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant....good food and great service

Incredible experience here. Came for my wife's birthday. They gave us the best seat in the house, right by the window overlooking the lake. One of the servers was out sick that night, and after about 10-minutes we thought they forgot about us. Nope. Another server from a different section came to check on us. Then another server from a totally different part of the restaurant took our orders.

Every aspect of the experience here is carefully curated. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff knows what they're doing, and the food is delicious.

That's not even getting into the special little touches they added. My wife got a thank you card for spending her birthday there, and a whole pile of free desserts.

It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.

Hands down amazing food and atmosphere!! If I could rate 6 stars I would. Our waiter Dontire was well educated about the mine choices and very funny. I enjoyed his service.
The food was amazing! Everything we ordered was perfect and later we received a "celebration shot" a delicious dessert cup. I got the chocolate peanut butter and toffee and my fiance got the pumpkin pie!

Ive eaten at Seasons 52 many times and its always been very good. This time the kitchen rushed the service such that the entree came out a few minutes after the soup course. I sent the entree back. When I finished the soup I asked the server to bring the entree. It really didn't seemed like it had been sitting on a hot plate for 10 or 15 minutes. So they recovered and the meal was still fine.

This was the first time we were ever disappointed at Seasons 52. Let me start by saying that the food quality and choice of excellent meals remains top notch. The service at the Sand lake road location in Orlando was absolutely horrendous.

We were a party of six and the appetizers were delivered in three separate trips over a 15 minute period. The first delivery took 20 minutes after it was ordered. The main entrees took just short of 30 minutes after the last appetizer was delivered. The server was not professional in her demeanor and never apologized for the delays. We will not return to the Sand lake road location.

Great happy hour and really fresh food. My favourite is cedar plank salmon but need more veggies to fill plate. Seems to be less and less every year,but still love this place.

Great food and service. I had a seared tuna salad which was awesome. Just wished there was more tuna on it.

We took a large group with of associates. WONDERFUL. Everything was top notch. They allowed for each company to split their check. We will be taking our meetings there again in the future. Great job all around.
