While staying in a vacation rental seaside linen delivered bedding and towels, after looking over the tag I realized the delivery was not completed. I called and Craig was awesome!! The portion of the delivery missing was delivered in just a few hours, he was very apologetic, hey mistakes happen. Thanks Craig!!!
I recently rented a house at Wrightsville Beach. While the house was great I was truly impressed with the quality of the linens provided by Seaside Linen & Rental Company. I am the North American Business Director for a high-end and global laundry equipment company, so I am always on the lookout for product that is laundered at a high level. The linens supplied by Seaside were clean, white, soft, and fresh smelling. Great job to you and your team, Craig! These days Seaside is the exception to the rule, so please keep up the good work.
We had to move out of our home for a couple of weeks while having our floors refinished. We decided to have all of our comforters, dog beds, dust ruffles and slip covers on the furniture cleaned. Craig Myatt personally picked up our linens, laundered and folded neatly and bagged AND brought them back! Everything came back fresh and clean and we are back in our home enjoying the newness of clean comforters and furniture. Thank you so much Craig for your excellent service! This business is not just for seasonal rentals. They can clean most everything, especially this big stuff.
First of all let me make it very clear that the linens from Seaside are always clean, packaged well and look almost like new. However you can have the greatest product in the world but it takes owners and employees of a business to make it great. That being said we rented a house on Topsail Island and as usual rented the linens. My husband has Parkinson's disease has trouble turning in the bed. I have tried sheets with high thread count...low thread count....expensive and dirt cheap. Nothing has worked. The week we spent at beach he slept wonderfully thanks to the sheets from Seaside. So taking a long shot I contacted them to see if they would tell me what kind of sheets they used...if they would tell me where I could purchase a set or sell me a set. I was contacted the following morning by Craig and he and I are in the process of getting me some sheets. Thanks so much to Craig and the kind folks at Seaside Linens. Sonja Taylor

What a great convenience! We had a cottage for a weekend at Carolina Beach, which was great, but the master bedroom had a King-size bed. No one in our family has a bed that big so at the last minute, I ordered the King-size set of linens and towels (at 8 PM no less the night before we left for the beach). The set was waiting for us at the cottage when we arrived. How great is that - no linens to wash when we got home!
Provide linen at our rental. Towels and sheets are top notch and soft. Better than most hotels stuff. Also appreciate the way they come packaged in easy to use sets. What a great service .
The Seaside staff is the best in the business. Super attentive and eager to meet every need we had. We ll definitely use Seaside for our next NC adventure!
