The lady at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional but the guy that assisted me was great! I would go back but I will definitely call and see whose working the front desk first. I will know her by her voice and her rudeness like she was on my initial call to the store earlier today.

The person that assisted me was very polite, he offered me directions to options of places to wait while my service was being performed, after my vehicle ready two other gentleman one happen to be the repair technician that worked on my vehicle, checked me out, they to were polite and sincerely concerned, I felt very satisfied with the overall experience!
