Samsung has disappointed. Prices are sky-high, no service, replacing the battery turned out to be a month-long problem with a zero result: for 800 hryvnias they sold a Chinese battery, which stopped working after 3 weeks. No one returned the money, did not change, of course, no one .... it was already the 3rd Samsung in my family and the 6th in the family, but I was leaving, the gentlemen who were goofy and fat, this was the last straw. Yes, an interesting point: in the service center, an employee immediately asked: "why are you buying Samsung, you have extra money? What does xiaomi not suit you 3 times cheaper?"

An interesting situation around Samsung is unfolding!

Recently, all applications in many TVs of this company on the territory of Ukraine were massively blocked!

The official version is that this blocking was performed remotely only on those TVs that were not intended for the Ukrainian market.

Kind of like fighting unofficial sales ...

The most interesting thing is that not everything is so simple ...

A friend was on a flight, bought a Samsung TV, brought it home, wanted to please the family!

The happiness did not last long! Exactly one week later, everything was blocked! What is he now, take the TV back, across half the globe ?!

And how many people bought TVs in Ukraine, not knowing that they were not for the Ukrainian market ?! A similar situation! Everything is blocked !!! Who will return the money to them ?!

It's outrageous!!!

It would be better not to fight with their customers, but with those who carry goods to non-target markets without their consent!

Dear Samsung management, you will lose all your customers!

An office with two representative offices - a sales office (managers, sales trainers, lawyers and financiers) and a production office (programmers). Called customer service regarding audio defects in Samsung A41 phone. We kept on the line for 30 minutes. I had to explain the same problem to 3 workers. As a result, they registered an application and promised to call within 1-2 days. More than a week passed, and no one called.

Great place for students, there is hardly a better option.
