Really beautiful location with a beautiful view of Vancouver Island and the water. Attended for a wedding, and both the wedding and reception were beautiful, and the ciders were delicious and plentiful!

The food options are limited, but that's more than compensated by the variety and quality of the ciders available. One cannot go wrong with a flight for two. There is one Ingress portal on the premises.

Very clean and well managed. Friendly and attentive staff. Well spaced tables on the patio, some under canopies in case of rain, and blankets provided for the chilly days :) Awesome tasting selections and delicious snacks. Will be back here throughout summer for sure.

I love the product. Tastes great, locally produced, and sold at the farmers market. Unfortunately, I won t be buying anymore as the labels are impossible to remove and not recyclable. I hope you guys change this soon so I can continue enjoying your amazing cider.

We had a wonderful experience here. Their service was fast and friendly. Their cider and food was very affordable and a great compliment to each other. There were 7 ciders available and even though their long flight let you pick 6, they let us try the 7th for free. We each even brought a bottle of our favorites back! I can't wait to come back here. The view was great too! Even in the middle of winter!

Had my wedding here a couple years ago, visited regularly when in Victoria prior to that and continue to stop by! A great, affordable place to hang out with friends, or host your event. Charcuterie and cider is delicious, cider house and views are beautiful, and the staff is delightful. Sea Cider is a gem.

We had a great visit here on the way to pick up a new puppy. COVID measures are all in place so there is no worry there, and the ciders we tried were all quality ciders. Not all were to our taste, but we still managed to leave with a case which the new pup guarded on drive home!

Sea Cider.. friendliest staff, beautiful venue and view, and the cider is by far the best cider I've ever had. Every event that I've been to at Sea Cider, keeps me coming back again and again :) If you haven't been here, you've got to check this place out next time you are in Victoria!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed sharing a couple tasting flights and some snacks out on their sunny picturesque patio! It was the best afternoon given that it was accompanied by very friendly service from their staff.
Looking forward to go back for a wedding in September to see this beautiful space transformed for an evening event.

Had every cider they had on tap when we went (11), and overall they were incredibly solid. A few were misses for me personally, but the English and Pipins were absolutely amazing. Would definitely go back, especially with the views.

A great place off the beaten path to have a sip or six with your friends. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The staff attentive and helpful. The ciders were unique and in good variety. For my picky group of four, the lot of us were able to find at least a couple of their samples that tantalized each of our taste buds.

Aside from ciders, they have a few edible choices to accompany your drinks (we recommend the Artisan Lunch Plate). Further, the grounds are quite lovely and fun to trot around.

Ever since first visiting Sea Cider a bunch of years ago, I've made sure to visit each time we visit Vancouver Island. Everything here is exceptional. The atmosphere, service, view, and of course the cider.

The long flight is A LOT of cider! Good for two people - may want to order one of their food choices with it. The atmosphere is awesome, the view is beautiful and the staff are friendly! Can't go wrong!!

100% recommend the long flight. So many delicious ciders to try before deciding which bottles to take home. The staff are very welcoming and provide above and beyond service extending to taking us on a little behind the scenes tour while they were quite. It's a great atmosphere with a lovely view over the vines and to the ocean.

Rode up from Sidney. Lovely setting. Enjoyed a flight of 6 ciders, a delicious slushy and a charcuterie board with my wife. Very enjoyable experience. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Covid cleanliness was top notch.

First rate ciders in a variety of traditions, nice outdoor seating and they have a decent cheese plate and other snacks. Worth a visit if your passing by on the highway between Sidney and Victoria.

Always a good experience at the cidery. Tastey bottles in interesting flavors. The view is stunning! It is pricey, but for a special occasion or when you want to treat yourself to some of the best cider Victoria has to offer then make the trek. You won t be disappointed.

Stopped here after getting off the ferry on the way to Sooke. Lovely place to have some cider and charcuterie. The view from the patio on a sunny day was beautiful. They did a great job of abiding with social distancing/sanitizing standards due to Covid 19. We ended up going home with a couple bottles of cider and jam. A little out of the way depending on where you are going/staying but highly recommend!

We usually stop in for a tasting of cider once or twice when we are in Victoria. We got a free three glass sample with our Tourist in Your own Town Card yesterday. I'm fond of the Pear but they were out and we found Wolf of the Woods that is infused with hops and grand fir needles. Wolf of the Woods is a pleasant dryish cider with the hops and fir needles adding a hint of flavour rather than getting in your face.
Anyway they have a wide variety of ciders, dry to sweet with thoughtful blends of apples and infusions.
Nice rustic serving building with a big deck and a great view of a beautiful bay. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Don't know much about food, the only thing I've eaten there is cheese and crackers. (Can't remember if it was because it was all they had when we were there.)

It is an apple winery and they have a small menu of cracker, cheeses, and wine to choose from.
An average rating because even if you are like me and want to pop in to buy $80 of wine and product, samples are not free, not even a drop. They have descriptions but this is vague if you need to stop quickly and pick something up. The customer service experience can be improved upon. None of the staff went out of their way to be helpful, smiled, or asked me how I was doing. And when I asked questions, they like they themselves didn't know about the product except to describe what it said about it in the menu or what other people have said. It is apparent the staff have not tasted any of the products that they are selling and thus cannot recommend one over the other or what makes it stand out. Instead of telling me about a wine, she pulled out a descriptive menu about it and began to point and tell me about it verbatim from the book. This service nor anything hasn't changed since I last visited almost 10 years ago. Reliable but not innovative.

As a wedding officiant, I'm always looking for venues that I can recommend to couples I work with. IMO Sea Cider is one of the best! They have great views of the ocean/mainland mountains, a great outdoor forest space, and a great new indoor reception (or back up ceremony) space. Oh and of course they have great cider :) What's not too love? Can't wait to work again there soon!

Last July 2019 my daughter and son-in-law held the most beautiful wedding celebration I have ever attended or participated in. Walking my daughter through the towering Cedar grove along a winding path to the altar is absolutely riveted in my memory forever, the wild flowers and roses, green garlands of Cedar branches, soft lit lanterns, the dining hall set with such glamour and flair, the incredible happy staff members dressed in perfect black and white, the DJ so much fun with a wild celebratory dance sesh in the Cider House after dinner and speeches and toasts and the happiest most beautiful couple of kids finally married and so pleased with one of the milestones in life coming together so perfectly at Sea Cider. I highly recommend Sea Cider for your small family and friends type wedding. There were 65 in attendance and it was wonderful. Thank you Sea Cider !!! xo MoM

HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem! The location with it's views is absolutely stunning and all of the ciders are exceptionally tasty. I have never once had a bad experience through my multiple visits there. I've been there with girlfriends for cider tastings as well as events that Sea Cider has put on and every time I have been thoroughly impressed. This is a definite item on the "must see in Victoria" checklist.
