Do not buy from this company. They took your money and after trying to repair a defective sofa 3 times they refuse to acknowledge us and replace our refund is for the sofa. Buy elsewhere. They hand done this to 100s of not 1000s of people across the UK. They will be on watch dog and rogue traders shortly. Please save your money and sanity. Buy from Harvey's , habitat, anywhere but there.

Check out this horror I got from SCS. Premium quality at its best. Bunch of lying cheating cowboys that take your money and fob you off. Shocking customer service and awful furniture. Avoid at all costs.
Horrendous ongoing experience please do your research before spending your hard earned cash with this company, customer services is bad really bad and goods are poor quality. such a shame because a few advisors are actually nice and did try help but have there hands tied by senior management. Wish I never buy my sofa from them After 2 years the sofa is falling a part. The information what they told me when we bought the sofa is false.
The customer service is not helpful they just want the 75 to check the defect under warranty. Worst quality sofa what I ever had, Worst sale team who say anything just to sell it, Worst customer service

They send this answer and this was on trustpilot a month ago. I wrote lot of email to this email address but I never received any answer. Really easy the copy paste answer for any review, this proof again how useless this company
Absolutely disgusted with how unsafe and dangerous our carpets have been fitted! 2 falls down the stairs, the carpet was pushed in to look fitted and as soon as you walk on it the carpet slips away! I have made SCS aware of this with in 1 hour of the fitting being done on the 10/09/2020. Was assured they would send fitter back and I would get a call ASAP to arrange this, still no contact made! No emails responded to, this is the second fitting in 9 months as the first lot were awfully fitted too (apparently it was a faulty carpet) thousands spent and now i am having to pay out of pocket for a local fitter to make them safe for my children to walk on! Very distressed I paid for a service and twice have not had it! And as for free fitting, do not buy it....they take off the fitting in store but then you pay the fitter in cash!! So no free fitting at all, scamming customers all day every day, hang your heads in shame. I am putting this publicly if anyone in my family seriously hurt them self falling again on those stairs, you SCS will be held 100% accountable.
If I could give this company 0 I would. Please before anyone buys from scs read the review page on Facebook. We purchased 2 corner settees. When they arrived looked lovely and fit perfect in our house. On further inspection the seat cushions was 8cm to small. The first week one of the corners started creaking, 3rd week the 2nd corner started creaking. Within 2 weeks the seat cushions went flat, this was with plumping them every night as advised by scs. After contacting trading standards like hundreds of other customers have I won my right to hand back and get my deposit back. It took alot of emails of me refusing a technician before they excepted it. We hadn't even started paying for this furniture thats how quick the faults started. I wrote a review on trust pilot exactly the same as this and scs have reported it so it looks like they have amazing reviews. Please don't take my word for it read fb reviews. We are currently on blow up furniture till our new ones arrive but there better quality than scs! I've had to message trust pilot who have said they have reinstated the review as no issues with it. Will add photo of proof they reported it and the email trust pilot sent me reinstating it
