problème persistant pour la livraison des médicaments, pas très fiable dans ma région. devez vous asseoir et attendre une livraison, puis personne n'accepte la commande et vous devez perdre plus de temps à appeler. Ensuite, même après avoir appelé, ils disent qu'ils s'en occuperont et toujours pas de livraison.
Le menu déroulant pour les adresses n'inclut pas le mien. Veuillez arrêter l'idée déroulante non pratique. C'est nul !
Une panne de service. Livraison demandée le jour même à 10h45. À 6h00, pas de médicaments. Appelé et représentant a dit qu'elle enquêterait et rappellerait dans 10 minutes. Il est maintenant 22h30, pas de médicaments, le commerce est fermé. 300 $ et médicaments requis dans les limbes. Furieux. De plus... j'habite à seulement 1/2 mile de la pharmacie !
Première commande, j'ai dû mettre une trace dessus. Le chauffeur était en retard et n'allait pas ramasser jusqu'à ce que j'appelle la ligne d'assistance. La deuxième livraison était en retard. La 3ème livraison (ce soir) n'a pas du tout été récupérée car le chauffeur a oublié l'heure de fermeture de la pharmacie et n'a pas du tout récupéré. N'envoyez pas de SMS de confirmation si vous n'allez pas tenir votre promesse. La pharmacie doit trouver un autre service de livraison. Ensuite, ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne livraient pas le week-end et que je devais attendre jusqu'à lundi. 3 jours. Super énervé.
La première livraison a été annulée sans raison ni notification. La deuxième livraison ne s'est pas présentée à ma porte. Impossible de faire remplacer mes scripts car Publix Pharmacy a eu des problèmes avec Scriptdrop.
J'y suis allé pour les rencontres EI (intelligence émotionnelle) et Elixir. Ils organisent une bonne rencontre et ont bon goût en matière de pizza. Il y a aussi parfois des chiens, donc un plus.
