Scripps PRSSA is a student-run organization that aims to empower future public relations professionals by providing them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in the industry. The Hugh M. Culbertson Scripps PRSSA Chapter at Ohio University is one of the most active and successful chapters in the country, offering its members a wide range of opportunities to learn, grow, and network.
At Scripps PRSSA, we believe that education goes beyond the classroom. Our EP initiatives include hosting workshops on ethical decision-making and professional conduct.
In addition to these values, we also prioritize community engagement. We believe that public relations is not just about promoting products or services but also about building relationships with stakeholders and making a positive impact on society. That's why we partner with local businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to create meaningful campaigns that address social issues or promote community development.
