Holyyyyyyyyy smokes. This places is absolutely delicious. My dad got a the Lincoln Tunnel and I got the turkey with Brie and and caramelized onions, and we both got the tomato basil soup. It was all phenomenal. I could not recommend this place more.

Fantastic food and service. Our waitress was very courteous and patient with us as new customers.

Excellent selection on the lunch menu. My son got a Club, I went with the Italian on rye, my daughter went with a BLT. All the breads were fresh and nicely toasted. The service was fast and friendly too!

Ordered the Bordeaux, The Lincoln Tunnel, and the BBC, they did not survive for pictures. Highly recommend, will visit again.

Scovies is a ma' and pa' casual restaurant and deli. We came for lunch, so I can't speak for dinner. It wasnt too busy, the staff was helpful. Menu items were mostly sandwiches, burgers, wraps, daily soups, and a few salads. I ordered the sweet potato burger without cheese and a bun (pictured) it was good but the mango chutney was VERY sweet. My coworker got the Asian wrap (pictured) he rated it a solid 8.8/10 and reccomends it. Prices per plate average $10.

In all, Scovies sells sold deli food (great cookies too- I had one last yr) in a comfortable atmosphere. Nothing special but great if your looking for a place to take the family.

We just had a deli sandwich and quiche they were both very good

I think crack is one of the ingredients in their buffalo chicken dip because I am addicted to it! The lobster bisque is another favorite.

Sweet Potato Quinoa burger was fabulous and the Asian chicken meatballs with sweet chili sauce the bommmb. Food was flavorful and prepared promptly.

In every friday night and never disappointed. Vi is a wonderful host .Makes the best chicken noodle soup.

Scovies has unique sandwiches and burgers that are priced better than other places in town. They just added new items to their dinner menu as well.

In the winter they play movies on a projector during dinner at least one night a week.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Great selection of specialty sodas and food. Had the Skinner's burger and it tasted absolutely tremendous. Wait staff and chefs should be proud of such an amazing restaurant. A member of my party was absolutely floored by the quality of meat that was put into their Rueben.

Scovie's has fabulous food and a wonderful deli and dessert counter. The environment is full of art and delightful kitsch. Servings are generous and prices are reasonable.

Kids favorite. . We visit here when in Charlevoix because it is the granddaughter's favorite. Tried the quiche today, sadly disappointed, pretty much tasted like a frozen one warmed up. Kids love the buttered noodles though.

The food here was so good and the staff so friendly. They let me wait outside with my dog and brought my food out. Was lucky enough to watch the bridge open and you can see it from the restaurant.

My family and I got some great sandwiches from Scovies today! We all agreed they were the best sandwiches we have eaten in a while. The peanut butter bars are also great!

I came here with a larger group this past weekend. There weren't very many people there, so they were able to set up a table for us relatively quickly. Seemed to be a cute place, however while we were waiting for our table, we overheard and watched an older male employee (maybe mid 50s) scream loudly at a young female employee behind the food window (teen or early 20s) to "keep her head down and her mouth shut," as he snapped his hand closed in her face as if he was pinching her mouth closed. The whole restaurant became silent, and the majority of my group, both male and female, immediately felt sick to our stomachs. No one that worked there seemed to react to the way he had just disrespected and belittled this poor girl--seemed as though it was a common thing there. We expressed our disgust and took our business elsewhere.

this place is 5 stars hands down best lunch place i ve ever been to. our waitress was soo sweet and attentive. i got half of the tom s last stand panini and a cup of the tomato basil soup, which were both sublime and left me 100% satisfied. i recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants a welcoming, fresh, lunch/dinner place right near the water with a beautiful view. come here!!

Junk management! Fired my girlfriend for having her hair dyed. We live in the 21st century and most of the population dyes their hair. What a joke reason to let someone go!

Absolutely delicious Cherry chicken salad on sourdough (only thing I've ordered, haven't been able to stray from it yet it's so delish) tender chicken, sweet cherries, not drenched in mayo... Perfect amount of 'sauce' vs chicken. Sourdough is always fresh.

Then there's the desserts... Oh myyy. Peanut butter cheesecake bars and turtle brownies?? Just the tip of the iceberg... They don't skimp on the toppings for them either. Any oatmeal cookie is so chewy and flavor-ful. I'd say overall, I think I like the place

I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat gluten. Scovies staff have had training and have great options, including bread and buns and sometimes pasta. Very trustworthy. Plus yummy peanut butter cookies. My grandkids are Celiac also and they have done special occasion requests. It doesn t get any better!!!

Thank you, Scovies for being open and having such smiling, kind faces during this difficult time...the sandwiches weren t half bad either ;)...they were awesome!!! Highly recommend!!

Good choice of sandwiches. One of the better lunches in Charlevoix

Love Scovies, especially on a Friday. Hands down the BEST lobster bisque, ever! I had a bowl of it, ordered a delicious panini, and since I was too full for dessert, took my piece of chocolate cake home. I've always wanted to try their cake and it did not disappoint. Chocolate decadence! To top it off, our super server included a nice little birthday note in the bag with my cake. So thoughtful!

Walleye was fabulous! Hubby said pork chop was tender & juicy. Our waitress Jasmine was attentive, helpful and very personable. We will be back!

This restaurant has wonderful food and staff. Best time to come is around 4:00 when the lunch rush is over. Not a lot of wait time for your food.

Fun and bright little spot on the main drag in Charlevoix. Reasonable prices, good soups and seafood options. A great selection of desserts to top it all off. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in town!

Great selection of food. The only negative is that I have to somehow make a decision once I've narrowed it down to a half-dozen or so options. The service is like your favorite neighbors are taking care of you.

Soup was excellent and the Perch was also quite good.

Aug 22 2017 ordered our usual chicken salad sandwich love this place! But as we waited saw their waitress maybe in her late 50's fixing a plate for dining side and watched her lick her fingers then use them to remove pickles from fork and eat the last one. Then used same ungloved hand press sandwich together and then eat bag of chips as we watched her do this! Why she felt this comfortable doing this and not thinking it was unsanitary! Hope you correct this because think she needs to be taught and reminded on her actions. This could hurt your business!

Sandwiches were excellent. The corned beef on the reuben was not fatty and tasted great on a raisin bread. The French dip was super tasty. It's nice going to local places that take care in choosing their ingredients. Thumbs up.

Good food, good prices, nice quiet spot on bridge street.

Great little sandwich and wrap restaurant, plates look awesome when they come to the table and they taste great!
