Placed order with Bloom on 15th August. Acknowledgement said 5 day delivery and I would be informed if delayed. Seven days later told delivery will be given priority and would be received that week. Phoned again at end of week and told item was being picked and will be delivered this week Now Friday afternoon and no delivery. Phoned and told same as last week and that item was not in stock till todays delivery. The customer services do not have any liaison with warehouse and can only respond to what is on their screen

Appalling. Placed an order using P&P voucher. some days later receiving email, one item N/A (no apology), others doubtful for Christmas delivery. Today a letter demanding the P&P although in this instance 'we have .. processed your order'. None of this order has been despatched or delivered, so they have all my cash in their warm bank vault. Already an item is unavailable, so I'm additionally out of pocket, and have to find another supplier. And, even more surprisingly, two weeks before Christmas and as a 'gift company', they have no staff answering 'phone calls. Customer Service? I think not. Extremely irritating, uncourteous, and a company to avoid. Beware!

I ordered a coat rail in November. It was sent via Hermes who claimed to have attempted delivery twice although the house was occupied and no card or note was ever left. Then the item vanished. First email to Scotts went unacknowledged. Second likewise. Phone call brought assurance that another rail would be sent. Nothing happened. Then I get an email saying the same thing. Nothing happened. After 29 days I rang and requested a refund along with an email to confirm. Today - an email saying Hermes has the item 'in the system' and no acknowledgement of my refund. Rang customer services and gave up after 25 minutes of music. I will throw any future Scotts of Stow catalogue in the recycling bin, and never, EVER use them again. (PS Item order from Amazon yesterday and arrived today....)

Only half of my order arrived. I messaged several times only to be told they had a system failure. There is no phone contact. Two of the items ordered didn t arrive, then I had to prove that I d ordered them in the first place! Three weeks later my items still haven t arrived. I had to message them through Facebook to get any form of reply, and when they did, I had to keep going over and over the issue which became very tedious. The customer service is dreadful. I wish I d seen the poor reviews before I ordered from them. I certainly won t be ordering from them again.

Placed an order and was given an expected delivery date, at that date email received to say there would be a delay but no new date was advised. Two and a half weeks after order, online status showed 'in picking' and gave the original due date, obviously had not been updated so I called Scotts. After a long wait was answered in a pretty customer unfiendly manner and given the same info as shown on website. Tried to convince me it was uptodate and Item was in picking, then eventually agreed with me it was not so would refer to Head Office, I was through to a call centre. Would not or could not give me HO contact details so I seached every which way but all the numbers went through to the ill informed call centre. Having taken my payment when the item was not available I am left with no information as to if and when I am likely to receive it. A company I regard as quite disrespectful to customers, certainly not easy to deal with and whom I shall for the future avoid.

NO REPLY to my email of 17th to Customer Services querying when I may expect the order.
I had to phone them today and was told the order had been despatched. NO EMAIL to tell me this despite my request. They should change their wording to " should you have any queries regarding your order, email our customer services team WHO WILL THEN IGNORE YOUR EMAIL
I shall not be using them again. They do not deserve the title "Customer Services"

AWFUL customer service. Purchased items time and time again but when an electric coffee pot stopped working. I phoned the 0344 number and discovered that I'd been on hold for 22 minutes, at a cost of 35p per minute. Customer care said they would replace the electric coffee pot... 8 weeks later... still not coffee pot. The said they would sent a courier to collect my old coffee pot. 8 week later and many, many, many emails later, its still here. AWFUL. Most products they sell are available on other websites. My coffee pot is available via Amazon and their customer service exists. I shall NEVER buy from Scots &Co again.
