I worked with Mark Hardie to get my quote for my venting and gas line addition. His attention to detail was fantastic and his quote was spot on. The technicians who came to do the work were quick and very professional about getting the work done. When they were in my attic they even mentioned a small mold problem. If they had not I would have had to spend a fortune to fix it had it become worse. Great work guys! And I will look to you for future work and recommendations. Cheers!

One of my favourite companies to work with! Customer Service is great, technicians take their time to explain everything and they always have everything installed or fixed quickly.

After last year heater's big and expensive service , again heater didn't work. Called company, managed after a week for repair appointment for first time, but the problem was still there. Second call, booked again very late, no apology and no care. Manager had very unprofessional attitude, very unreasonable. Had to solve the problem with another company. Never suggest this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service!!! Had made an appointment for a home visit to quote on gas line installation. First appointment, no show and no call. So I called company and was informed that they are too busy and rescheduled. Second appointment, same thing, no show and no call to advise you that they are not coming! I had to schedule work around the two appointments. I would definitely not recommend this company. If they can't commit to a scheduled appointment, you can only imagine their work quality!!!
