I would highly not recommend. While staying true to a Godly woman I will keep it factual
1. Counter offer was higher than asking price with no other bids on house or offers. House has been sitting for more than 3 months
2. In my opinion which is or is not factual to whomever perceives it, is not for the best interest of the owner and buyer. Unwilling to make realistic negotiations which honestly turned insulting.
