Literally the RUDEST staff I ve ever met. I asked a simple question to one of your staff members and he literally asked have you ever heard of leave me alone? Who talks to someone like that? Much less while wearing your company s shirt and walking into the office? Absolutely pathetic, their customer service is trash.

I had a very limited time to find a new home as where I was renting I had to vacate within the month. I contacted Mike and he went straight to work on helping me find somewhere to purchase. I live about an hour away from Orlando in Lakeland and anytime I found a home I was interested in Mike did not hesitate to do the drive to show me the listing! He answered every single question I had, which were a TON being a first time home buyer in my 20's. The market in Lakeland around this time was hectic and competitive; as soon as I sent Mike a listing within 5 minutes he was texting me back, setting up showings and contacting the selling agent. During the closing process he made it as seamless and easy as possible, I signed all of the paperwork in my emails and he made me feel like a close family member with how accessable he was to reach and how comfortable he made me feel trusting him. If you're looking for a DILLIGENT and hardworking (around the clock!) agent you can definitely find one in Mike! If I ever sell my home I will 100% be contacting Michael again for that process.
Danielle is very rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job, find a new!! Customer Service is BIG to me, I understand we all have our days but hanging up on people is rude as hell, and can cost REMAX businesses.
After a complete failure with another real estate office downtown I happened to walk past this office on lake eola. I walked in looking to rent an apartment in the area. The Front desk was super friendly and got me an agent to speak with right away! Chris E. was super friendly and knowledgeable about the downtown market and truly listened to what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my search so I wouldn't waste time. Hands down the best agent in Florida is Dan Samatulski. Not only is he absolutely amazing at his job he is an amazing person. Every single person we worked with from Dan to the loan department Chris and Justin, were absolutely fabulous. I can t even put in to words how much I appreciate all of them. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and fought for us every step of the way. With his hard work we were able to find a insane deal on a brand new home in a beautiful neighborhood. Dan found the listing the night before and emailed us right away and we were waiting outside the office to see the home the next morning when they opened and it was everything we wanted and more. We are starting a brand new family and with me being 4 months pregnant I was so worried and stressed out but with Dan s help all my worries were gone. Dan took care of me and my new family just like he would his own and I can t thank him enough for it. I will be referring all my family and friends to Dan and going forward he is the only agent we want to work with.
