Good place to work, good tools nice crew clean and healthy work environment

Since the change of ownership and with the new staffing. The people brought in to manage this company are running it into the gutter. Be advised to steer clear of "The Scott Construction Group" . These people have no shame.

Today just after 5 P.M. on 41st Ave one of your employees driving one of your yellow company Van cut me off and came very close to smashing into the drivers side quater panel if I didn't slam my breaks I would of gotten hit I believe the first two letters on the license plate were H7 the driver was wearing a blue tshirt and black frame glasses , and the whole time down 41st he was driving very recklessly he could of hit a few more cars , I hope the quality of work he does isnt as bad as his driving , but based on reviews of your company I doubt it!

Scott is a quick paced yet collaborative environment. They have a strong safety culture, and promote health and well being for their employees, inside and outside the workplace. Scott is a union company, and there is a great benefits program. A testament to how great a company Scott is to work for, is how long the employees stay. Several employees have been here anywhere between ten to thirty plus years. If you are lucky enough to get hired by this company you wont want to leave.
