Do not go to this place I was charged almost $100.00 to change my inner tube. I had to bring my bike back because they left my saddle bags loose, only to have the owner try to charge me for their mistakes not to mention my bike was scratched. Real irresponsible and unprofesional place. When you treat good clients this way it s just a matter of time for them to be closed down or worst.

Lady behind the counter is rude. And the place is far from a scooter land. VERY SMALL with a selection of "next to nothing". I went in for a part for a Moped (Doodle Bug) and the lady didn't know what that was and didn't really care to research the bike or part. I was QUICKLY dismissed at the arrival of another customer. Mind you, this is a very popular moped in Philly around the neighborhood and this place was recommended by an employee at another motorcycle shop. At least the other place gave me a recommendation and offered a me some options. Even if one of those options were to buy another scooter! Lol

I went for a carburetor for a 49cc Chinese scooter they had the part but it doesn't work right made my scooter a lot slower and was overcharged.... but it's the only place in Philadelphia to get parts from That I could find. ...

I paid $900 for my dirt bike on Thursday, they said I can pick it up Saturday. Saturday came around then they said they don t have it, I can come get it Monday. Now here it is Monday & they are closed. This is very unorganized & unprofessional, no one is calling me to let me know anything.

They are so great the lady is awesome and the mechanics are so real and great at they job they are real down to earth people

The lady was fast talk you and shake you down for your money.

Horrible!! I dropped my scooter off there to get looked at. They told me it was one thing and it wasnt. They would not try to diagnose again till i paid more money for diagnosis. I already paid the 65.00 when i dropped off plus another 105.00 because they said it was something in engine. So needless to say my scooter is still having the same issue.

I went there showed them my part they said the part was going to get there on Friday of next week they said they would call me and deliver it to me I called on Friday no pick up I have ben calling for 3 weeks straight no pick up no respond

Had bicycle with small motor there for over a month. Kept telling me next day, next week. So after a month, they finally told us. They do not have the parts for that bike. Yet, they had no problem keeping my $50 deposit. They said for diagnostic. Why didnt they tell me right away that they dont work on older bikes. At first the old mechanic told us that he knows this bike like the back of his hand (its a 24 yrs old bike). He told us that he had one just lile it when he was younger. That he was gona make it amazing!!. Every time we went there after we dropped it of, he had no idea what bike we dropped off or who we are. Every time his excuze was this "It starts but Im too old to paddle it to see of it'll keep running". There is a young skinny mechanic works for him. Yet no one could paddle? This was my way to get to work. I been taking Septa for over a month. Cause they kept telling me tbey will fix it!. After 3rd time we got excuses, I recorded all on my phone. She had the balls to tell us that she is giving us a "break" for not charging us more for diagnostic. I am giving her a break by not taking her to small claims court to reimburse me for all the $$ i spent on septa waiting for them to paddle it around. Plus $50 to have someone paddle a bike to see if it runs. Its bs. They need a mechanic. They have had this sign there for a while

Good people will treat you perfectly good place to buy anything you need.

I bought my scooter from scooterland it was a 2020 model not even two hrs later im riding i hear a loud noise my front finder is hangin off. I called Scooter land immediately because i didn't purchase a used scooter so im not expecting mechanical issues to be happening its brand new so no answered there closed early Saturday Sunday an Monday when i spoke to someone Tuesday they said bring bike in so i did that Tuesday the oriental woman i think she is the owner she tryed to get me to pay for that part but after she saw i wasn't about to reach in my purse again to pay for that so she agreed to replace my bumper she said she would order it an call me when it came in its now its November i still have no front bumper. This owner has a nasty attitude after she gets your money she can careless if u hve any issues with your merchandise good luck with gettin any service frm here its to much to type imma gonna do a prt two comment an attach photos

I've always had a good experience with them. If they don't have the OEM part, they usually have a satisfactory aftermarket item.

I will never buy nothing from her ever again the four wheeler I bought kept breaking on me I recommend every one to not blow ur money here

Had my Scooter CVT SERVICED here and they apparently used cheap parts that were not KYMCO and they WARPED My Drive Shaft. Now I need my Engine Opened Up to Replace Shaft!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Have the best mechanics, fred from fred cycle shop that was in broad street and his son work here ,fred it's an older man who is a legend , on fixing bikes and on his younger days he race them ,he won many trophies , when I was a kid I care less about our president but care who fred was ,many kids looked up to him like I did because he had a heart of gold he helped so many people get there bikes running even if you had no money .

Great place to get scooter fixed only problem is take a little time but at the end of the day nice people

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a scooter and sent it back because my son broke his wrist on it and they called me when they received it but yet did not return my money. The payment was made through pay pal and they did not help me either. I'm so tired of companies like this. rate a 0

Like 4 yers ago I wen looking for a drive belt something Tha cost $20.00 top's. The ouner charged me $87.00 for a belt. on real ... Ill give The mecanic a 5 the oner

Cash only and no warranty on a hoverboard, couldn't even look the thing up online for reviews, lady said it's made in china..asked what would happen if it broke in a week, no response..Terrible business and I was gonna buy 2..Went to Modells, at least they're not rude

That lady is the worst... very rude and over price you cost everything.... tried to charge me twice for a carb cleaning, when auger overcharged me to do that maintenance.... no warranties on any work or parts.... find somewhere else to go and dont but Chinese bikes unless its Honda or Yamaha.......

Purchased a 4 wheeler atv for my son today. His Birthday is tomorrow he is so excited. The owner was really helpful with the knowledge she gave me being a first time bike buyer. Thanks again can't wait for him to ride it

i'm just gonna sum this up for you: call & ask if they had an inner tube on 10/26/2020, they lady says YES, took it on 27: on 11/10/2020 she calls me and ask me were i got my scooter from because someone wants one, give the info...Don't hear from the & when i call No answer! So i'm sick of them and go there on 12/10/2020 & i find out they were ROBBED OF ALL THE SCOOTERS IN THE STORE INCLUDING MINE!!! NO MY # IS BLOCKED & EVEN MY SISTERS # IS BLOCKED FOR ME CALLING ON HER PHONE!
Do U believe i gotta PAY $100 to take them to court FOR ROBBING ME Do uyou believe this?Can ANYONE HELP???

Please do not take your motor vehicles to this place, I took my scooter to get a pipe and exhaust installed and they ain't do the right job and charged me when I took it back for they mistake why would I pay for something you did not do right. I payed $10 for a exhaust gasket and they didn't even put in the new one they left my old on in. They are rip offs and scammers they just want money, and at that the lady is really rude. Also they ordered me a pipe for my scooter and they promised me it would fit my scooter and when they installed it it didn't fit right so I wanted my money back and they said they do not do returns. I do not recommend this shop at all. The female owner has a bad attitude with everybody.

Never will by anything again about 2 weeks ago I baught a 125 Apollo DB & She told me the next day to come in for my title I came in the next day wasn t there she told me 2-3 more days so came back she tells me a week that s when I started to get disappointment then I came back she said it wasn t there because the snow to come in the next day or later that day I never went to give her a extra day I just literially called she says I ll call you back never called back worse place to get a bike worse experience ever !

This is a hit-or-miss location. It is the only place that could work on my Pitster Pro, Mini Monster. ( Chineese minibike ).

Proceed with caution, the lady can be a bit abrasive and money driven, but if you know how to deal with people and negotiate for what you want, this is the place to go.

The mechanic has experience with almost all bikes [not the lady]. Stand your ground here but do visit if you have unique needs, scooters, or any motorcycle related things you won't find at the mainstream locations.

They have the network to order almost any part for almost any bike, small or unique!

Worst place ever..... bad customer service, mechanic couldn't fix my problem with my scooter if anything he made it worse. Owner was very rude and didn't want to give me a refund for a mistake they made... DO NOT GO HERE THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Costumer service sucks but they have great choices of motorcycle,scooters but a bit over priced

Just got a brand new scooter a Tao Tao from china 49cc a very nice and smart looking bike, well, at first I believe that it was the battery so I got a new battery the bike would just go click click so I didn't understand what needed to be done so I took the bike to scooter land usa they looked at the bike and determine that somehow during shipping the bike must have been laying down on its side, so the oil went everywhere all over the engine and the starter
Burned out , they fixed everything by the next day the lady who took my order knows what she's talking about and she was very helpful and nice and Dave the mechanic was also very, very helpful thank you scooter land USA

somethings you have to learn first hand i brought a 125cc from Scooterland Usa for my son for doing very well in school, first i was rob on the price compared to all the other dealers the say the same chinese atv which she called junk she sales the same verison just a different name they all have the same parts, the second time running it i had issue starting it up not very smooth start up at all i was so fustrated with this thing i was already looking to get rid of it... i paid 200 over market value compared to everyone else price but i was in a hurry and did not do my home before buying but what i do know is they will never see a dime of my money for anything ever again and anyone i know thats lookingto buy any atv scooters i suggest going any where else because these people are total crooks.. if you have one of these more then likely you know by now the carburator is junk upgrade it and the stator is trash but you better like i did was to upgrade the spark plug and wire and coil as well keep in mind i spent 140 dollars in parts and my kids only rode the thing twice
