Bought this smart lock A201 to replace my faulty mechanical lock. I contacted the sales representative and they respond my inquiry quickly. Once you have confirm with the purchase they will schedule an appointment with you to do the installation. The installation is done nicely without damaging of the door frame or door. Last but not least, once the lock is installed the lock is easy to operate and setup with either passcode, RFID card or the backup emergency key. All you need to do is download the Sciener app from App Store/Play Store to your phone and you ready to go. Recommended
We had the traditional deadbolt lock for two of our rental properties. Going to the property every time a guest moves in or to schedule a cleaner or maintenance guy to go out and take care of property was draining me, lots of time wastage. We installed these smart locks in both the properties and now it is a very easy to manage the property. I simply generate 'timed' passcodes for the duration of their stay and for the cleaners and one time passcodes for the maintenance guy. Indeed a very cool product.
