I worked here for many years and couldn t take it anymore. Drivers are pressured into working overtime and put under a lot of stress. This is dangerous and unsafe considering we are to drive heavy duty vehicles and handle heavy machinery. Do not recommend working here.
Horrible management is bringing this company down. There is no proper management in place and this is why the company continues to lose big name clients that they used to have strong relations with (under older, better management). It s sad to see a once reputable company become ruined simply as a result of poor management choices and the undervaluing of their employees.

They force their employees to go over the legal driving hours risking everyone s safety on the road. Management is fully aware but look the other way while dispatch forces drivers to do 18 hours
Instead of using their own experienced drivers, they use outside carriers to save money rather than using experienced drivers. Management has clearly failed in this area. This is why they keep losing clients.Their attempt to save money is driving away long term clients because of their use of inexperience outside help.
Not much to say except that this was one of the most disorganized workplaces I ever work at. The people sitting comfortably in their offices give u a run with zero clue about whether the route or timing makes any sense... pretty ironic that a logistics company has no sense of it. I would recommend hiring more road experienced or at least KNOWLEDGABLE dispatches who have some clue as to the distance, timing and general sense of the route. Do better.
Very bad service and management. I am racially profiled while working there and management seems to choose their favourite people to give good jobs to. Completely unfair.
Overall a reputable company that is being dragged down by poor new management. The company continues to lose big name clients as a result of the new management they've put in place yet they don't do anything about it. The new managers they have hired lack the proper knowledge and capabilities to manage a team and uphold the company name. Just sad to see the way the once respectable SCI name and standard is being tarnished due to poor management and bad decision making.
Upper management and dispatches should be evaluated and hired with a higher standard in mind. It is not a coincidence that the company lost multiple large accounts after making hasty new hiring decisions in positions of management. There is obvious potential, but poor management is holding it back.
New management is ruining the company's rep. Very disorganized and inconsistent in terms of how they are managed. Used to be a well known and top notch company, but over the years has lost many long time clients as a result of poor management hirings.
