Unfriendly and occasionally outrageous staff. Following a complaint about an incident, there is zero insight and understanding on the part of the management. For a very inappropriate and outrageous statement, there is no excuse.
Unfortunately there is a lack of good structure and a grading scale for children.
My children were there the last time ... not recommended.
Catastrophe!!! Never ever would I take my child there !! On the first course she was let loose in the deep water without announcement "to see if she stayed up" very great method for a child who can not swim yet ... then as a mother had the drama since she never in deep water wanted...

Opportunity given at the holiday course, the situation described and still my child was sore and dragged into the water, other parents stood stunned, our last day at the swimming school winterthur and will also have been the very last, and this behavior of the boss personally, incomprehensible!!!
I am attending a crawl course and am very satisfied so far! The swimming instructor does a great job, and the offer is also absolutely fair in terms of price! The only drawback is the hourly duration of 30 minutes, I would find 45 minutes better. Otherwise I can only recommend the event!
