So far I have always been a satisfied regular customer of this podiatry - the emphasis is on so far!

I had junked my appointment today at 11:45 a.m. so that I got a call at 11:53 where I was. I apologized and said I could be there in 3 minutes. The answer was terrifying: "This no longer fits in our appointment calendar, so we have to charge you a loss of 30".

Since I myself am an entrepreneur, I told the lady on the phone that you should inform your boss, Mr. Schulmeister, that I should not deter my regular customers with such severe sanctions, but rather, if necessary, first issue a warning. We are all human beings and punctuality can even happen to the most planned of us. Apart from that, I even offered to be there at 11:56. However, this was not a satisfactory compromise for the strict schedule of the Schulmeister Podologie Ratingen.
I also said that if this failure was actually calculated, I had been a regular customer of this practice long enough.

The lady then exchanged views with Mr. Schulmeister and called me back a few minutes later. Unfortunately, with an answer that now requires me to write this review: "The failure is calculated."

I have absolutely no understanding of such a business approach and will implement my promise not to visit this practice anymore.

Incidentally, there is no legal basis to enforce this claim, since I have neither signed such a clause nor been actively informed about it beforehand. So I'm looking forward to the feedback on this review.

For years I've been in good hands in Gerresheim AND Ratingen and taken care of when it comes to my feet ... keep it up!

It's better to cash in here than to win new customers! I had an appointment for Monday afternoon on Friday. At the weekend it turned out that I would not have a car and so I had to cancel the appointment Monday morning or postpone to the next week. One day later I had an invoice for a breakdown fee over 15 euros in the mailbox !! Since I had not been informed about the costs incurred in the cancellation by telephone, I called Schulmeister and asked to waive the fees, if I then appear in the next week to my appointment. But neither that, nor my statement that I'm looking for another podiatrist, if I have to pay the fee, agreed to Mr. Schulmeister! He insisted on the 15 Euro and I looked for another podiatrist! One who takes his job seriously and is not only interested in money .......

Competent advice and treatment of Mrs. Kostka !! Recommended.

Always very satisfied. In the beginning frequent changes of podiatrists, meanwhile with an assistant, with whom we are very satisfied. Very competent and friendly, always helpful. Top.Leider treatment not quite cheap, but with aching feet. Run is also no fun. Can we only recommend.

I am absolutely satisfied with Ms. Altmann's performance. She looked after me very competently and in a friendly manner and we are confident that I can get my "problem toe" under control without surgery. You can be proud of this great employee!

Unfortunately, absolutely not to be recommended, a hair-raising inflexible handling of recipe details for my very elderly father-in-law and a really aggressive attitude towards clients who only need precise information (possibly due to the corona?). Nobody expects sacrifice, but a little helpfulness and friendliness would do us all good. A small consolation, it does not apply to all employees in Ratingen ...

Feel great in Dusseldorf as well as in Ratingen. Very friendly staff and great advice! During the treatment everything was explained to me in detail.

This was my first time with Schulmeister Podiatry. The team of Schulmeister Podologie is super friendly and competent and I was well helped! Finally run painless again, really great.

I was in Schulmeister's office yesterday because of an ingrown nail. The toe has annoyed me for 2 weeks and it was so bad that I couldn't walk properly anymore. After the treatment with Ms. Kostka I was able to walk painlessly again, it was a real relief. I was offered a check-up appointment for the next week to check my toe again. I am thrilled that I can walk painlessly again. I can only recommend this shop to everyone!

I have had problems with my feet ever since my childhood. I have been to several practices and have come across these and have to say I am infinitely satisfied, finally a practice where the customers are received and you do not pay for any unnecessary stuff you do not need super practice.

Absolutely great experience! Friendly staff, good expertise and amazing results. I am definitely coming back.

Competent, friendly and flexible.
Due to my great pain, I got a short-term appointment. I was competently advised and treated. The pain is gone and I can finally jog again. The atmosphere in the office was very pleasant. From me there is a 100% recommendation !!!

Finally found someone who shows competence and dedication. 5 Stars!
