My late husband use to be a security guard for them 10 years ago. Up until his death.

used to be a good company to work for,not so much anymore , pay scale is the same as any other small fab shop!!

I worked there for a few months and I actually loved my job. The crew is awesome to work with and I see a lot of complaining in reviews about Schuff Steel. It s pretty simple, do your job and nobody bothers you. Show up on time ready to work and you will be fine. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the pay and benefits are horrible. They re not even close to competitive wages and the insurance is so bad you might as well not have insurance at all. My suggestion is if you re still learning, go to schuff, learn some things then move on.

Took over security duty at Schuff Steel as Security Supervisor in 2007 from Jim Cunningham who went to be with the Lord. I have learned alot about the steel fabrication business. And have not failed to keep learning. It's been a good run so far.

I'm trying to get an interview or weld test. No one's replying or Calling back.. they always having job opening for welders posted
