Have gotten flowers here for family events for years. Always sell a good product people are nice to deal with and products are high quality and not too expensive but I realize they can't sell their product too cheaply! I feel we have a very good floral resource in the GreenBay area with Schroeder's. Thank You!

Love. I am from Kasota, Mn, my mother-in-law lives in Green Bay. When I call to have flowers sent I always know that they will be very pretty. Thank you for the wonderful work you do. One of these times I am there I will have to stop and thank in person.

I know very little about flowers but wanted to put some planters outside my mother's window in her care facility. Two employees (I didn't get their names) were incredibly helpful. I picked 2 matching pots and they helped me get enough soil, then choose a large variety of hardy, drought resistant flowers in a variety of bright colors to plant in the pots. They even loaded everything into a company van followed me to my mom's facility, because it wouldn't all fit in my car, and then went to get water so that the plants would get a good start. ABOVE AND BEYOND good customer service!!!

It wasant open I just missed it by minutes but I would have spent a lot of money guess it was probably for the best

I could not be happier with the service at Schroeder's Flowers. I live out of state. My elderly mother lives in Green Bay . Every year she plants flowers around her townhouse. This year, with the COVID issues, she is hesitant to go out and shop. I called Schroeder's and asked them if I could get annuals delivered (as opposed to cut flowers) so mom could do her gardening this year. The very nice woman on the phone and whomever picked out the flowers did a great job. They picked a nice variety (I know nothing about flowers) and delivered them that day to my mother who was thrilled. Great service. Beautiful flowers. Great value. I wish I had gotten the name of the person on the phone so I could thank her personally.

They always have nice flowers outside but not this year. They have other nice thing's for gifts.

I was imprest with the knowledge and curtisy.I was also impressed with all the choices.although I wish there was a West side store.

A rare extravagance for a happy occasion turned into an annoying experience when I called to report that the doz roses I ordered was one rose short. I rec'd only 11 - counted three times by me and twice by my wife.
After sitting on hold for the third time, I finally hung up out of frustration. How long was I supposed to spend trying to resolve this? (Then here I am spending even more time writing a review.)They did offer to send another rose but I requested a credit instead. No satisfaction yet.

The selection is wonderful, and there are always enough friendly staff members around to help or answer questions. Not to mention, they did my wedding flowers 2 years ago and everything was stunning and fresh

I own several plants from Schroeder's and all have been thriving. From pothos, to an umbrella plant, to a ficus, all in my chameleon enclosure. He loves them and will snack on the leaves. I've gotten pathetic plants from Home Depot for the same cost that are clearly not healthy - obviously Home Depot is not a greenhouse, but still. The selection at Schroeder's is fantastic and all are in great shape

Great service and selection. I brought in some Christmas cacti to be transplanted which I was quite anxious about because it is a family heirloom but they put my mind at ease telling me it was going to be very easy and they were doing so well so far. I can't help but walk through all the other plants, the hardest part was buying just one.

Friendly, sincere customer service. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I was able to use a coupon I received by text. I also received a free flower on my birthday. Much appreciated, it was beautiful. Definitely worth a visit. :-)

Such kind people. Two-toned barb set us up with all we needed for our long trip home. Everyone else was so kind too, checking the green house, helping us carry out our purchases, and delightful conversation.

Very nice floral shop, nice variety. Clerk didn't inform me about a way to save on my purchase and prices were a little high.

Could not have asked for a better experience! We lost a dear family member and emailed the florist a picture of an arrangement we wanted to send for the service. With only one day's notice they came through and at such a reasonable price! They even added a special touch as a tribute to our loved one. The service, value and ease of working with Schroeder's Flowers leaves me no concerns about recommending them. Should the need arise again, we know who to reach out to in Green Bay.

Love this place. I come here for houseplants, annuals and perennials. Plants are in good conditions. Great selections too. Employees are helpful with plants-related questions if you have any. It's very nice that they're open year round.

My husband and I just got married this past August. There were several reasons we decided to go with Schroeder's with our flowers for our Ceremony. Schroeder's staff was very accomdating in setting up an appointment. My husband and I live out of town so we could not easily show up at any time. One of the florists nearby us wanted to charge us just for a consultation. I was told we would not be refunded if we did not choose them as a florists. However, Schroeder's does not charge for a consultation. We meet with Stephanie whom was extremely helpful. She took the time to listen to our ideas and provide suggestions. I wanted Orchids in my bouquets and Stephaine was honest about the fact that having Orchids in a summer wedding could cause them to dry up. Stephanie did an amazing job and many of our guests commented on our flowers. Schroeder's were also reasonably priced compared to other florist. I have an aunt that used to be a florist out of state and they received her vote of confidence. Thanks Stephaine for all your hard work.

A wide selection of plants and gardening ideas and also the best around for roses

I went in to order a peace lilly for a very special person's funeral and they sent an ugly rubber tree. It didn't help that the girl that took my order was around 16 or 17 years old and didn't look like she knew what she was doing. I had to repeat everything at least 3 times to her. When I called to find out why they didn't send the peace lily, she happened to answer the phone. Just my luck. O sorry it's my fault she says, and didn't offer to rectify the issue except for to bring a new plant. Well the funeral was about to start, and would have been almost over by that time. When I told the girl to just forget it she said OK good bye and hung up the phone. Real NICE, Schroeder's, real nice.

Bought 10 hybrid rosebushes from here and they bloomed beautifully. The fragrances were amazing! Prices were fair. Wide verity as well.

Flowers died 2 days after buying. High prices for such low quality.

I was looking for a Bonsai to take care of and to nurture and shape. The person that helped was friendly and courteous and new right where they were in the store. She gave me some advise on watering and on feeding. I will definitely go back when I need a plant or flowers.

Had a lady minute cancellation for my wedding flowers and I wad in a panic I came to this store myself, my daughter and husband walked up to the counter and when the girl acknowledged us she walked right past me and up to my husband and said can I help you? I said yes you can I'm looking for daisies. Me wedding is in 2 days and the company canceled on me. In beer condescending choice oh we don't have any daisies. I asked if they could be order and she Saud no.. just so happens someone who had a clue what was going on asked if she could help. This woman atleast made an effort to call someone while the clueless brunette just walked around in a daze. The brunette finally walked back up to us and said no.. can't help you. So we get in the truck drive down to twigs flowers on riverside where the owner could see o was on the verge of crying and made one phone call and said I can get you 120 stems plus what I have in the store by tomorrow.. will that be ok? I couldn't thank him enough.. I will NEVER SHOP AT SCHROEDERS FLOWERS AGAIN and will encourage everyone to go to Twigs Floral on riverside and speak to Jeff. He knows how to take care of his customers!

Sincerely disappointed with the handling of a situation with management- Brad and Owner - Peggy. I would consider an alternate Florist.

Called today to place a large order. Person answering phone said hello, instead of Shroeder s so I assumed I called the wrong number. When I asked if it was Shroeder s the lady snapped at me and said yes. Then I asked if they had hydrangeas in stock and she yelled what ? I hung up and sent my business elsewhere. Before Covid, I dropped in and wanted to make a purchase and 5 people were behind counter and ignored me. They looked up and decided to finish their conversation.Won t be back.

MOST INCREDIBLE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! I received a white rose, orchid, lily hydrangea gorgeous arrangement in a round rather large bowl received from my boyfriend. Simply breathtaking. It has been one week since I received my extravagant flowers and they are still fresh!!! I am beyond pleased and happy. Thank you x a million.

Just called to see if I could get some roses sent to a nearby business. When asked if it was possible for delivery today the tone I was met with was one of the rudest and condescending manner I ve experienced In quite some time. NO THANKS.

Over the years in Green Bay, I have shopped just about every Nursery and Garden Store for different types of roses and found Schroeder's to have the largest selection of roses and new varieties every year. I have never lost one of my roses due to weather or disease. I will continue to shop for all my roses at Schroeder Flowers because of great, selection and prices.

Most beautiful hearty plants ever you get what you pay for but very reasonable!!! Have been going there for 42 years!!!

Great flowers but the prices are on the higher end .

Their manager Stephanie is the rudest and most childish person I have ever spoken too. I cannot believe Schroeder's lets this type of person work for them the way she's treats costumers is unbelievable. I am a very nice and easy going person but after being degraded and harassed by Stephanie their supposed manager I am done! I have also filed this with the BBB.

I've always enjoyed a visit to Schroeder's. Not only can I buy garden plants but the gift shop has a lot to offer. I've also attended a few class sessions here. The greenhouse is huge, I love getting a hyacinth in spring and a walk around the greenhouse is a great boost when winter is getting you down.
