I lived at Hilliard Grand for over a year. No complaints at all. The property was well maintained and the staff were nice. Nothing broke down or needed to be repaired. A great place to live.

Beautiful communities and exceptional service from Leasing & Maintenance! I would not want to be anywhere else!!!!!

I have been staying in Hilliard Grand since last 1 year and it has been really great. The leasing staff is very helpful. I don't remember having any maintenance issue for this year. All the apartments are new constructions so you feel like house here.

The Car wash area and surrounding areas are maintained very neatly. Overall, it has been an excellent experience.

I currently live at the Hilliard Grand apartments and love it. They are well built and the managment staff here is so nice and helpful. I would refer anyone to come check this place out.

I visited their locations in Hilliard. The staff was extremely friendly and the amenities were great. I'd definitely consider moving to one of their properties in the near future.

Have lived with Schottenstein Community (Pickerington) for almost a year, and have enjoyed our experience. I had to upgrade midlease and they were accomodating, helpful, and patient! The staff is quite friendly and happy to assist, and they are great with kids! The facilities are nice, cute playground and putt putt green for younger kiddos and nice pool for summer/spring. Free car wash on site too!
It is next to the Pickerington police station, and any issues that have transpired on/near property and swiftly handled.
Any request that we have had has also been taken care of, especially bugs (from an investation in the apartment next to us)...
This location is also close to Hwy 256, though Hill Rd is awful...
Would recommend to others!

The best quality style apartment homes in Central Ohio!

We (The Fitness Store) installed all new Specialty Fitness Equipment in the new Grove City Summit Property & Parkway Village Location recently. It's amazing how friendly the staff is at both locations and how wonderful it was to work with the Schottenstein family. It was rewarding to see how excited the residents were at Parkway when they found out about the new specialty equipment going in the gym. Thanks again! From the whole Gronkowski Family!!

I moved into Hilliard Grand a few months ago and I can not be more happy with my choice. My neighbors are wonderful, everyone that I have dealt with in the leasing office, staff, and workers have been great. My kids love the play area, the pool is like being at a resort, free car washes are awesome, and my apartment is fabulous!

I have lived in a Schottenstein Real Estate Community for almost a year and have really enjoyed my experience so far. The staff are friendly and my maintenence requests have always been taken care of within 1 day of putting in my request. The apartments are well maintained.

I have been living in a Schottenstein Real Estate Group property since July 2011, and have not had a better experience renting anywhere. Any service request has been taken care of promptly, and there is a real sense of community that I have noticed just walking around the development. The community managers are always friendly, and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend considering SRE for your next apartment rental!

I have lived in SRE for 2 1/2 years. It has been a great experience and I have had no real issues during my time here. I love the location of Pickerington Ridge's apartments as its close to anything your really need.

I had no real issues during the 12 month lease at Pickerington Ridge. The property was nice and offered a lot.

Hilliard Grand was the first apartment complex I toured... and the last! From the pool, gym, car-wash, and pet-friendly environment, I knew it was the perfect place for me. The staff is great to work with and many events are held to make residents feel welcome. The apartments themselves are very well-done and give a great sense of privacy which is hard to find in many apartment complexes. Hilliard Grand also allows its residents to personalize their space, whether it be by planting flowers or even painting their bedroom. This complex has gone "above and beyond" to stand out and I'm so proud to call it my home!

I've been living in Pickerington Ridge for the past 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about my community. Everything from the staff to the lawn care is done properly and with care.

Any issues I've ever had have always been fixed quickly and by a maintenance crew that actually cared to ask if there was anything else. Who does that these days?
