Schlouch Incorporated is a great company because it is run by and staffed by great people. Barry and Deb Schlouch are people who care about their employees, their customers and the community, and it shows in the excellent work they do. They have done a number of jobs for our institution and it is always quality work. People want to work for this company, they have many long-time employees who have been there for decades. I would highly recommend Schlouch Incorporated.

Barry and Deb are two of the most positive and energetic people you could meet! I have gotten to know both of them over the last few years and I admire how they created an incredible business that now employs over 200 people! Most of all, their first-class treatment of employees should serve as a model for all employers. Schlouch Inc. values their workers - they understand how their company's success depends on the satisfaction, retention and loyalty of their employees and they take time to celebrate and reward their accomplishments. Schlouch Inc. is also driven by a level of safety consciousness rarely seen in the construction industry - another reason employees love working for the Schlouchs'!
