Impressively. Unfortunately only to be viewed from the outside. The interiors are only accessible during events. According to legend, the vineyard located below the castle can be traced back to Charlemagne. From the Ingelheim Imperial Palace, he observed that the snow melted here particularly quickly.

Service was friendly, views and ambience sensational. You should not expect too much from the kitchen. The prices are absolutely too expensive for the rendered. Rumpsteak "medium", the chef has overcooked after complaining to the shoe sole. There was no pink anymore. Too bad that he has ruined a nice piece of beef at the second chance. For 22 not acceptable! But the service has then donated coffees for the table.

It is always nice to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, some buildings are currently being renovated (April 2018); therefore not all rooms and courtyards are accessible. But you can only recommend a visit to anyone who is in the area. By the way, in the restaurant you can also get excellent wines and other delicacies.
