Absolutely love Dr. Kerrie Rabanera , she is patient, knowledgeable, kind and explains everything very well. Very lucky to have such a great new pediatrician in the area!

Needed a pre opp test done for surgery! They never did TEST! Drove Two HOURS for surgery. Couldn't get surgery done. Due to Scheurer Hospital NOT ready the Surgeon's Orders !!!!! Never will go back for testing again.

The nurse and doctor Matz were amazing. Just what I needed to ease my mind with a sick baby Got us right back. In and out in 30 minutes. Will definitely be back if needed (hopefully not)

Everytime I call the RediCare clinic the desk people are short and snippy. Like you are a bother or nuisance to them. I asked to receive a call back to see if my request was fulfilled as I live 45 minutes away and was answered first with sarcasm ( desk person responded by saying with a hint or sarcasm well would there be any reason it wouldn t be filled?) then after explaining why I would like the courtesy call the customer desk service said she would put it on the note. This hospital and clinic was at one time a hospital I bragged about ... but unfortunately I never do now. And yes I am currently looking at other options.

My very first experience here I got excellent care! I went to the redi-clinic beacuse i had gotten some debris in my eye and it got embeded in the corneal layer. They let me go in before i paid to make sure they were able to help me before i was charged. The Dr. Had so much patients and such a steady hand. She pulled the debris out of my eye with a needle (it was in there like a sliver). Everyone i talked to was so polite as well! Definate 5 star!

Had to take my partner in last night. They were great very attentive and polite. They kept us well informed on everything.
