DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR PRECIOUS CHRISTMAS MEMORIES! I went to Santa Pawtraits at David Jones. I booked the first appointment at 9am, as I needed to leave for a Holiday but couldn't miss this experience. I wanted to purchase Santa Pawtraits for my dearest friends. The camera was not set up for 45 minutes... I was told I would receive my photos free due to the wait, but then was told no, I had to pay. All I wanted was 6 DIGITAL images (for $49.95 - not cheap for 10 minutes of photos, that are not even taken by a Photographer, I only had a few images to choose from, as most of the images were not in frame) I was told my images would be in my inbox "In 2 hours, or by Monday". On Monday when I went online to find the images, my barcode wasn't recognised, nor was the email address I registered with. GREAT. I then emailed and sent an online enquiry. No response. I then contacted David Jones who issued me a refund due to this experience. But I still wanted the photos I had waited 45 minutes for (and been late to a weekend away for). David Jones could not make contact with Scene to Believe. My calls went unanswered. I commented on Instagram, which was deleted. I posted on Facebook - Scene to Believe asked me to private message them so they could get in touch (and to take my issue out of the public eye) they never responded to my messages... Just so upsetting, a beautiful Christmas memory ruined. Learn from my mistake!
