If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. First of all they have an awesome sales person that will mislead you the entire time and I will quote him, " your 30 days doesn't start until you become active" . Well that's a lie from the start for sure. Second, they told us that we needed to buy the License scanner so that the system would run more efficiently and we bought it through them of coarse ($1100.00). Third, they told us that we would have to have the Florida Scales Company come out and work on the scale so that they would work with their software, $2000 dollars later after we did what they ask of us. No system working yet!!!, Then we are told to get IT people out here to redo the connections and install new cameras so the software would work efficiently, not working!!!! and countless calls and late nights after work to make this system work for us and it is still not working with our scales and cameras. We tried everything they asked of us and more to make this system work and after purchasing the system in August and reluctantly trying to go active in December, and the system not working with our updated equipment that they insisted on, we just requested that they cancel it and return the money to us for the system and subscription and will count the rest as a loss. Well, they refuse to honor the return policy THEIR salesman JOEY stated to us and me directly. So we are out $3600 and that's just the software and 1 year subscription, not any of the hardware, out sourced service companies requested from us, the countless hours trying to do everything they asked of us and still they are keeping our money. Disgusting people who are running this operation. CROOKS plan and simple CROOKS. DON'T EVEN GO ANY FURTHER WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, THEY WILL ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Pros: Excellent Customer Service! Any time I call or email, I get prompt attention and they are diligent in following up and working with me to correct the issue or update a file/format with my request. - System has lots of neat functions, and the Team is always willing to try to make something new work for my needs.
Cons: As they make updates to the system, there are small growing pains that are not identified up front. We don't know until it happens. *but when it does they're quick to resolve it!
The software is great!
