Pros: Excellent Customer Service! Any time I call or email, I get prompt attention and they are diligent in following up and working with me to correct the issue or update a file/format with my request. - System has lots of neat functions, and the Team is always willing to try to make something new work for my needs.
Cons: As they make updates to the system, there are small growing pains that are not identified up front. We don't know until it happens. *but when it does they're quick to resolve it!
The software is great!
