We are first time buyers and were in the process of buying during covid-19 lockdown. We have been supported by Helen, Georgia and Nicola to be able to purchase the property during a very difficult time. They have worked hard to be 100% responsive to our wishes and answer any questions, kept the process moving forward with very little delay during very uncertain times and, alas enabled us to move and isolate in our new home! We are very grateful for the stress-free service and the costs being what was expected. We feel we have moved into our property informed of any issues. Highly recommend.

Recently used Scaiff LLP for Conveyancing on my first purchase. A special thanks to Helen Elliott who dealt with my purchase fantastically well. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Always kept me up to date regarding the who process which I feel was the most important thing to me as it was my first time going through this. Also received "New Home" card through the post which I thought was a nice touch. Wont look elsewhere should I require these types of services again.

I had the misfortune to deal with this company in November 2014. Despite sending a detailed easy to follow letter, they completely disregarded the letter.
