Can't get in touch with the company. Customer service representative never picks up, and even after filling out the contact form on the site, no one gets back to me.
I finally got thru to a remote working employee a few days ago. I hope she's legit,,so much scamming is going on. Never give out too much information.
It's where I have my term coverage. The customer service department is excellent.
From a consumer aspect, SBLI USA Life Insurance has a horrible customer service and procedure to get in contact with them. They send a notice in the mail 7 days after a draft on an account was policy that that basically said your policy was sent (was not) and no procedure noted about how you can cancel the life insurance and call them is a hopeless situation. Avoid them. Go with a local agency with a well known product.
I'M just starting to get the hang of this Webb app. It's pretty easy to navigate around to make payments and to look at my policy and such. Now if I can just remembered my password each month. LOL JUST KIDDING!

These reviews scared me I'm getting out this insurance company.
Looks like SBLI was bought up by Prosperity Life and customer service went from bad to non-existent. We've been trying to change annuity ownership for the past 3 months now :( This is absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I consider IRS a benchmark of efficiency comparing to them.
I really think these people are a fraud . They will get you signed up for insurance but when it comes to paying death claims they are nowhere to be found it's bad enough you have to deal with the death of a love one but it's another thing when you can't trust the people who suppose to have had their best interest at heart
I would give a zero if I could .
This insurance company has no business doing business in my opinion. I'm sure this is where social security tells you that you are going to get this great policy for little or nothing. Then they send a whiner to your door to convince you you have to have it. I declined their offer confirmed it with an email to both the company and the individual selling it. But here we are 2 months later and they have gone into my bank account several times with over a $100 draftsThat were never OK by me
