Dishonest dealer. Don't assume you got the service you paid for. Most reviews here are obviously from customers who don't check that the work was done completely. After all, how many people usually do? Better start sooner than later.

Had a great experience purchasing a new Infiniti. Theo helped me through the process and was able to find a great vehicle at a great price. He is truly a professional! Thanks Theo!
Christian was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me a great deal and I will definitely be coming back to Infiniti and referring my friends. Thanks again!
Again for me Sawgrass Infiniti comes out on top. My experience began years ago with the service department . After going to two other Inifiniti dealership for what should have been one routine maintenance problem, I landed at Sawgrass and have never left. From the maintenance to the sales department, they have never let me down. Special thanks to Piers, who on his birthday came in to help me get the car that I wanted for the price I wanted. He's the best!! If you want an Infiniti, Piers and Sawgrass are the ones to go to. Even though I live less than 5 miles from another Infiniti dealership, I think going there was well worth the little extra time and effort. Kudos to Sawgrass Infiniti!! They will always have my business.
i dropped off my Q60 with Steve Sampson last week. I took a test drive with the technician so he could feel my concern. Whenever the vehicle goes over anything even a small reflector , the steering wheel pulls away from you and you have to hold it tight so you do not lose control . The tech confirmed he also felt it. They did an alignment and checked my tires. They could not find the reason the unit was behaving this way so Mr. Sampson said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Apart from being rude and unprofessional Mr Samson and his manager Phil seem to have no problem saying the car is safe when it obviously has a defect. I am shocked they would put a customer's life on the line . I have no idea why they are doing this but i am hoping Aleisha, the regional Manager of Infinity Consumer Affairs will be able to help. I am paying monthly payments on a car that is unsafe to drive . I have been denied a loaner car so i am now paying payments on a vehicle that is just sitting at Sawgrass Infinity. I am extremely disappointed in infinity on a whole but especially Sawgrass and Steve Samson. I am just trying to get the vehicle fixed. At 8k miles that should not be too much to ask.
Thank you Pier Russo you are the best.I had 2 different experiences. first one with agent's name DANIS was TERRIBLE because the first brand new car what we was take had big problem with navigation system, plus car has a big scratch, plus when at home I was check all my lease contract then see mistake about my old car price. Denis told me that my old car price is 6000$ but the final contract was only for 5000$ .Salesperson Denis ignored me when I asked him to help me to buy extra accessories for the new car. After I saw all the problems with the new car I tried to contact him but he did not want to help me to fix anything .After a 1 day when I came back to the dealer, thank god, I had a different salesperson. His name is Pier Russo and he is very professional. He explained to us all our questions, the fix was a mistake about my old car price and now we have a new car without any technical and cosmetic problems. plus he helped us make an order for extra accessories that we want for this car . Finally I have a new beautiful car with all the accessories that I want. Thank you Pier Russo you are the best. For DENIS need to put only 1 star because he is not professional, he doesn't want to spend any extra 15 minutes to help customers buy extra things or answer for all questions plus if his customers will have any problem in the future after sale done ,he doesn't want to help to fix it. We waited for him for 45 minutes when we came back to the dealer but he never came to us and we changed the salesperson.
While the level of service at Sawgrass Infiniti is excellent , I have found that the prices for service are simply outrageous ! Yesterday, I brought my 2005 Q45 (purchased at Sawgrass Infiniti and serviced by them since that purchase) in for a problem with the motor on the right front door, the window was stuck in a half up position. They charged me $175 to take the door panel off and then told me I needed a new motor, cost- $885.00 ! Of course I said no, went home and found numerous businesses that would of the job for half or less than what was quoted by Sawgrass Infiniti. So, while their service is excellent, I cannot justify continuing to bring my vehicle for service when their prices are so unreasonable.......
Although my G37 convertible has been stellar in performance so I haven't really experienced any mechanical issues that have required service. I have brought my car in for recommended maintenance and tire change. My experience has been as stellar as the car. Steve is the most serviceable person I have ever met in the auto industry. He is personable and really takes pride in providing the best customer care. I purchased my car at Lauderdale Infiniti but have always taken my car to Sawgrass Infiniti for service because of Steve's attention.
I am a year away from trade-in and I will most likely trade back into an Infiniti because of the great service I've received. KUDOS to this team.
5 Star Service. I drive 35 miles to get my Car Serviced by these guys as they consistently do a great job. My Advisor is awesome and is ALWAYS ready to go the extra mile for anything i need. I have bought many cars but from the purchase to the service, they have done a great job.
Tony my service advisor was on his game got me in quick with my concerns had a loaner car ready and contacted me and filled me in step by step on parts and repair time until the car was ready the car was flawless on my long drive home Doug the technician did a great job and definitely will come back for more service work
Unfortunately had a very regrettable experience. We were introduced to a vehicle that was missing a few features that my wife is adamant about. We clearly explained this to the salesmen and left to continue our search for a vehicle elsewhere. They reached out to us shortly afterwards stating how much they wanted our business, and that modifications could be made to accommodate her wishes if we would return and make the purchase before the end of the month. We were convinced. We returned to the dealership and made the purchase based on those agreed upon terms. After 2 time consuming months of being avoided and given various explanations for the delay, we were finally told that It wouldn't happen at all via text message . Needless to say I now have an extremely unhappy wife who feels misled and taken advantage of. Being that none of management felt it was important enough to return any messages it appears that the practice of closing sales with false promises is permitted if not promoted. It s rather troubling to have to waste additional time writing a review for a purchase made nearly 3 months ago, but i m convinced its necessary. I wish I would have read one like it beforehand. With so many other dealerships offering the same vehicles, in good faith I can not recommend Sawgrass Infiniti.
I very seldom write reviews for products or services, but I feel compelled to say something about how badly I was bilked by Sawgrass Infiniti.
You go to a dealership to buy a used/pre-owned car, even though you know you'll end up paying more than if you had gone through a private seller, because, at least ostensibly, the dealership has some level of standards and does some amount if reconditioning (or rejecting) of the vehicles before they make it onto the lot for sale, so you expect that you're at least buying a car that's safe and isn't on the verge of breaking down when you drive it off the lot. Apparently, Sawgrass Infiniti didn't get that memo or doesn't subscribe to that philosophy. I feel like their sales staff must have been laughing at me like Nelson from the Simpsons as I was driving away in the car I had just bought from them. They let me trade in my deceased father's prized possession for a shitbox, a true lemon.
My problems with the car started literally the day after I bought my 2010 G37S. The service engine light came on when I started the car to go to work that next morning. I have a code reader, so I plugged it into the car and found that it wasn't a new issue, it was something that the dealership didn't bother to fix or look into, they just reset the code, so it wouldn't show up when we were test driving the car. That week, my husband put the car on ramps and looked at the undercarriage of the car... it's DANGEROUSLY rusted out - from the actual structure to the exhaust system to even up inside the engine bay. I took it to my local Infiniti dealership because I was hearing some disturbing sounds when making tight turns and a clicking noise when engaging the power to the axles (again, problems that should not have been issues immediately upon purchasing the car) and when their master mechanic put my car on the lift, he told me he didn't even want to touch it for fear that things were going to fall apart from the severity of the rust corrosion. He was ashamed that any dealership, let alone an Infiniti dealership, would have tried to sell this car. He would have rejected it and sent it to wholesale, it would have never shown up on their lot. Fixing all of the issues (not all were mentioned above) with this car is going to cost me thousands of dollars and who knows how much time.
So when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle from Sawgrass Inifiniti, caveat emptor (buyer beware) has never been a more appropriate piece of advice.
As a buyer from Ohio I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the staff was and my sales rep Christian was absolutely amazing. All my questions were answered real time and I had zero problems with communication. I flew into Florida to pick up the vehicle and even then I still had some skepticism but it was quickly laid to rest when I went into the dealership and my experience was very good. I did not have to wait around for hours to complete the transaction. Thanks to Christian and the staff at Sawgrass Infiniti .
After doing months of research on a issue with my rear axle clicking on my G35 Coupe, I had the worst experience with Sawgrass Infiniti. Not only did they tell me that it was not covered under my Elite Warranty. They wanted to charge me a premium rate that was higher than any other quote I received. There are a couple of good mechanics there and 1 good service consultant, but other than that, Sawgrass Infiniti is the worst representation of a Infiniti Dealership I have seen by far. I had to wait 4 months for a trip home to have my car serviced in Tallahassee, FL. I would advise anyone to take the trip over to Infiniti Dealership in Naples, if you are already that far west and just make it a 1 day vacation. The good mechanics they fire for not ripping you off and trying to push unnecessary services onto you. Always ask to view you new parts and your old parts whenever anything is being exchanged on your engine. If you have had a question with any of their horrible warranty coverage I would suggest you take the time to follow up call Infiniti Roadside/Consumer Affairs and demand a refund because each dealership operates independently and Nissan has not come up with a strong enough management/supervision to monitor the dealerships. Even if its convenient for you to get there, maybe for a new car purchase its okay, but for used cars, trade in or service, just go somewhere else even the Nissan dealership itself.
I've been buying Infiniti vehicles since they first came out with my purchase of a Q45 back in 1990. I can equivocally state, that as far as dealerships and service goes, Sawgrass Infiniti is by far the BEST dealership I've had the pleasure of associating myself with. I also want to especially praise Pier Russo in sales and Tony Shaw in their service department, as they are both fantastic to work with.
Absolutely horrible! I have ordered several parts they list on their site and always "so sorry, don't have anymore" and this last order the one part they did have they sent the wrong one! AVOID!!!!
One of the reason that I have now bought 4 cars from Sawgrass Infiniti is their outstanding service department. They could not be more efficient and helpful in dealing with both routine service as well as any problems that arise (though there have been very few with my Infinitis). My service agent, Alan Moreno, is especially first rate, knowledgable, and a real gentleman. Sawgrass is terrific.
This people don't care about your time gave me price for a part and eta over the phone i get there from fort lauderdale only to learn that they lie and the part cant even be order for 4te next 2 or 3 month
Thanks to Pier the salesmen the friend and the whole staff from sawgrass infiniti. 100% customer service. The Best and excellent dealer on every level, this is my 3r vehicle from them and i will buy again, thank you guys are outstanding and professionals
ok, so my edited review since my last last dealings. I have been working a new sales rep by the name of Pierre. The dude is nice and friendly, and knows his stuff. He is not pushy and has an authentic feel in his communication. Bottom line, companies need to make money, a good deal is always a win win... when there is a looser, no one really wins. This is my 4th lease with them, and as long Pierre sticks around, ill be coming back.
Steve Samson, from the service department was exceptional. He did a wonderful job helping me figuring out what services I needed the most in my car during my appointment on 12/17. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Steve!
I leased my Q50 Infiniti back in June of this year and I absolutely love it still. I didn t have the opportunity to complete the Sawgrass Infiniti survey on the sales person that helped me out but I just wanted to take the time now to communicate that he made the leasing experience a smooth sailing. Jared was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy and understanding of my lease needs. He provided enough information and options so that I can confidently choose the lovely Q50 that I drive today.
I purchased a 2020 QX50 on the internet. The salesman was Walter Anderson. He was totally professional, had great follow through and answered all of my questions promptly. During negotiations, he was straight forward and honest about the features and the progress. He delivered the car to our house and we signed all of the paperwork right then and there. He answered all of the questions that I had regarding operations. Walter is a credit to your organization and I hope that you will let him know that. Franz Capraro
Best Infinity dealer in South Florida. The sales staff is amazing and Allan in the service department by far is top notch. They are welcoming and easy to work with. Won't be buying another car if it's not from Sawgrass Infinity.
A used car that was advertised for $26k in change ended up with 34k out the door...... that's more than $6000 in fees after deducting taxes......let that sink in real quick.
Reply to the owner:
The general rule is take out 10% on the car price for taxes and fees.
And no, when you put the smallest fine print of (additional fees may apply) at bottom of your website. Consumers don't expect Your dealership to charge MORE THAN 30% value of a car for taxes and fees.
THE GOVERNMENT THAT RUNS THIS COUNTRY ONLY TAX 6-7 %. Who are you people? God?
I love going to this dealer they are very attentive and if they want one of the best customer service representatives is Alan speaks Spanish and English. I love going to this dealership, they are very attentive and if they want one of the best customer service representatives, Alan speaks Spanish and English.
My experience with Sawgrass Infiniti has been excellent! Whether it's because of Danny Simpson, my regular service writer or company policies, I don't know. But I've been pleased to deal with them. Found them to be very straightforward about charges and concerns. They have bent over backward to save me money, where possible. And they've treated me as if I were their only client.
I purchased my leased car from them after the lease expired and am considering going back into a leasing arrangement with them, because it was such a reasonable and pleasant way to drive an excellent car.
The car I own is probably the seventh Infiniti I've leased (or more); and I've tried them all after every lease expiration, only to come back to Infiniti.
I am now down at Sawgrass INFINITI. It is an amazing place to work and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Come see us here for your next vehicle!
Tom and the whole staff at Sawgrass Infiniti are the best. The whole team go above and beyond for their customers. Check them out and get your New or Certified Infiniti, along with excellent customer service. Thank you guys for everything
I want to thank Christian and the whole team that helped us out today leave in our new QX60! Thank you so so much phillip sherlock and Christian for the amazing service! 5 stars!!
If you are ever in need of service, you can't go wrong with asking for Toni.. She is the sweetest friendliest woman and will take excellent care of you
After days of car shopping and numerous headaches Andrew actually listened to our needs and help us to get exacly what we where looking for!!! One of the easiest car buying experience i ever had!!!
Always a great experience. Danny in service does a good job getting me in and Tony my service person always takes great care of my car and always gets me in and out.
This is my 2nd car from Sawgrass INFINITI, and the experience was OUTSTANDING!! I have referred family and friends to Pierre and they all have been extremely happy and gotten cars from him. I can't tell you enough how easy and honest Pierre is to work with. True professional and doesn't waste your time. I will be back again for sure!!.
As far as service, Steve Samson is the "man". My husband and I are driving our 3rd and 4th Infiniti's, and we keep coming back to Sawgrass Infiniti because they treat us right.
Great customer service. Bought a certified pre-used car and pier the sells man was very patient and helpful. Really great dealership I got the car I wanted and for a good deal too. Couldn t be happier.
This car dealership operates with the highest integrity in the industry. I unfortunately spent too much time in competitive dealerships.... from the moment you walk through the door you can feel the difference in the professionalism and service offered by all levels during the sales process. These folks are true professionals. Don t waste your time anywhere else, this is THE place to buy an Infiniti.
Ten years ago I bought my brand new QX56 through this dealership at their old location. My experience through the purchase, (my salesman no longer with them, Garfield), was so easy and not at all stressful, that when they moved to their new location in Sawgrass I decided to follow them. Mind you I live in Miami. Ever since, I make the trip to have my car serviced by Harley at Sawgrass Infiniti and my current Assistant Service Manager, Tony Shaw, keeps me going back to them. I don't mind the drive at all because the quality of service and professionalism, the quality of their loaner vehicles, the degree of excellence in having the car serviced is well worth the drive. Recommend them, OF COURSE! I have been recommending Sawgrass Infiniti at all car shows that I go to annually, to my friends and family, and to anyone who rides in my car and comments on how well maintained it is. They keep my "BIG BOY" running like new and keep me smiling and de-stressed! I will be looking to purchase a new vehicle through them and I know they will be as loyal to me as I have been to them over the past 10 years when it comes to assisting me with my next purchase. Sawgrass Infiniti and their service department are the best I have ever experienced (before I bought my QX56, I used to own a Lexus...never again)! Thank you to Tony Shaw and Harley...you guys are a car owner's dream come true!
I have been dealing with Sawgrass infiniti for more than 5 years. When comes to customers service they are truly exceptional. Especially Tony Shah, the service adviser, goes beyond to take care of his customers. He is very friendly, honest and trustworthy. Overall I am very satisfied with their services.
With all of the haggling in the automobile industry, Brian at Infiniti was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, straight to the point. Go in, tell them what you're looking for and at what price point. Brian works hard to get you into the vehicle you want at a fair price.
Excellent team, very good attention and services. Thank you very much for his excellent attention to Sale Const. Pier A. Russo that I recommend him to everyone who is interested in having a good Infiniti's car at Sawgrass Dealer.
The best car buying experience in over 25 years of buying cars. Went in looking for an SUV for my wife and the personal attention and HONESTY by Mr. Russo was so wonderful that I ended leasing a new ride for me as well. The whole process was easy, fast and with NO Pressure or the expected back and forth from sales person to manager. Recommend this place 100% if you are looking to buy or lease an excellent quality car and want to be treated extremely well.
Although I did not get a vehicle from here, I had an awesome experience. The salesman Neptune was super professional, knowledgeable and I believe he did what he could to help my family. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Buyers Be Aware I came in just to look and Christian was able to get me my dream car! However, after I found the car my financing experience was a nightmare. Between the Financial manager Edward and Christian the salesman they over charged me. The car is a 3018 Lexus NX300, purchased date November 10, 2020. The posted price on the car fax was $26,254.00. (As is no dealer warranty). After financial they increase the purchased price to $28,658.00. A difference of $2,404. Christian stated that the increase in price was based on the fact that Infiniti detailed the car by adding tinting and waxing. Of course this was weeks before I saw the car or agree to buy it, and in my opinion the car was not waxed or detailed. I never Agreed on that price point. Edward the financial management stated he would email me documents about the increase in price but he never did. I never thought Infiniti Sawgrass would do this. I always go there for my car maintenance previously with my Q50. Buyers be aware of this dealer.
May.15, 2017 :12pm. Interesting experience. The front desk was empty for quite a while, over 15-mins. I had to ask a salesperson to find a salesperson. I like their abundance of infiniti's, but not a year to date q50 model with the direct adaptive steering to test drive, oh my. The cars were very presentable. However I did notice some Infiniti's with a $200 nitro filled tires window sticker, but no green value cap. Overall, I like the spacious show room; however, I didn't feel that "customers come first" motto. I will not go back.
This was by far the best experience we have had in purchasing a car. Our Sales Consultant Christian was very courteous and knowledgeable about all of the inventory, they offered a very fair and reasonable price on our trade in, the Finance Manager Steve took care of everything else. The General Manager Georgia takes a personal interest in all customers to ensure they have a great experience, so much so we went back for our second Infinity 2 days later.
The dealership was very welcoming and took care of me. Christian was my salesperson and he was very attentive. Oliver in finance was awesome and Jamy the manager was so nice!! Definitely suggest coming here to buy a car!
Came here to buy my first car and Christian the salesman was pretty awesome. It was pretty easy actually, and he showed me around the facility and made me feel welcomed. Definitely my go to guy for my next car in the future
I had the pleasure of meeting two genuine people up in Sawgrass Infiniti. I had been looking for a SUV for about a year and talked with seven different dealers from where I live in Marathon Key Fl. and up to Tampa on the west coast and Sawgrass Infiniti and a few in between. Lilly was my first contact as she reached out to me and worked with me for three months, and searched high and low for a used SUV for me. When she found an SUV I changed my mind and she looked again with the help of Luis Alverio. They both worked extremely hard to meet my needs in a SUV. Lilly and Luis were extremely knowledgeable about the SUV, where it came from, and who owned the SUV before me. I made the four hour trip up to them only to meet them both in person, and it was like meeting family. Lilly was fantastic with my children and showing me the Jeep and Luis does not know the word "No" when it comes to dealing with the banks. Luis worked extremely hard on the deal for my Jeep and I drove home that night in my Jeep. Both Lilly and Luis were very professional, explained everything in full, and had a very pleasant disposition to them. I would highly recommend Sawgrass Infiniti and especially Lilly and Luis when looking for a car. Thank you both so much!
We had the pleasure of purchasing our car from Pier and he was the BEST SALESPERSON I have ever dealt with. Explained everything to us. Took his time. Made the buying experience the best ever. Pier exceeded my expectations. Thank you Pier
Inquired online at Sawgrass Infiniti quick response time. Dealt with Deniece the sales manager excellent customer service very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in she help me through the paperwork process met Andrew who was wonderful as well as John the finance guy. Easy quick and simple process best if all no games with the numbers. Great dealership and staff.
I m not even sure where I should start from; my mom recently went to her car checked at her regular infinity dealership and they left nothing but a bitter taste in my. My mom brought her car when she was hearing a funny sound and an employee drove with her and said there was nothing wrong with the car and that checkup was roughly around 60k-70k miles on it, the warranty for the manufacture defective part is at 80k miles and my mom brought her car there recently at 80,100 miles and they didn t cover it because it was a hundred miles out the warranty. On top of that this rude and disrespectful employee that has no home training and never learned how to talk to people with respect people telling my mom she doesn t even get her car serviced there and how are they supposed to make money . You would think a company of this standard would teach their employees customer service but it looks like they make their money from taking short cuts wherever they can including being dishonest with their customers or not putting quality in their brand. Half of my family members have Infiniti s and I myself was thinking of getting a G37 but not anymore, not to mention that my sister just switched from them to Honda; very nice people btw at HONDA. Also when my mom finally got to talk to the manager, which him and his employees clearly missed the customer service class, he said that the best that he can do is 50% off and threatened that if we didn t get it done before the end of the month, which was the day few day before Christmas and they didn t even have the part in stock. Then when I requested that we want the defective parts back, another employee Allen said that the part are still in warranty, so what I understand is in situations like that is the business doesn t lose anything because they either get the money from the defective part when they send it back or reimbursed. So basically they don t lose any money and they cheat out a repair over a recalled part.
We had a great experience leasing a new Infiniti QX-60.. Highly recommend this dealership for a new vehicle. Todd and Pierre were great to work with - highly recommend them - very knowledgeable and great follow up..
This is our 2nd QX-60 - always found the service to be terrific as well.
Keep out of this dealer!! They are very dishonest!! I had an oil leak on the ground in my G35 2003 and they took 2 hours for giving me an assesment and told me that was leaking from 3 points and the cost would be almost $800.00 I approved the repair. When I got home I noticed that it was leaking the same way on the ground and they asked me to get the car back and then they told me that the car was leaking from the main rear seal and the cost for that repair would be around $1,800.00 more . Since they do this assesment on day to day basis, they knew form here the car was leaking since the beginning but they did not tell me the truth so I could apporve firts the $800.00 repair and then they throw me additional $1800.00 If would have been given the correct assestment, I would have not approved the repair for $2,600.00 since the car was valued at $4,000.00 I made a mistake and was that I asked to appraise the car and said that I was thinking in giving in trade in, so they took advantage of that situation. They took $800.00 from my money hard worked and left my car with the same leak. I got so dissapointed with Infinity that I associated the car with these dishonest dealer, so i decided to sell the car and I hope never see them again.
The seller Pierre Russo attended us in a spectacular way, the best attention in a car dealership, we bought an infiniti Qx50 very happy with our car and with your help, thanks for everything.
Just leased a 2019 QX60. My salesman was Mr. Russo. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does. I had offers for the same vehicle at other dealerships, but any offer they had, HE BEAT!!!! Russo knows his stuff and is VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. He made the entire process seamless and stress free. If you go to this dealership, see Mr. Russo. If you have an offer from another dealership, call Mr. Russo, sit back and watch this guy work his magic!!! You will walk away from the entire experience feeling relieved and content. Thanks Russo!!!!
There seemed to be some good reviews. I figured that they might be reputable. I recently drove up there, a 40 minute drive, to look at a used car. Their website said they had 3 of the model I was looking for, same model, just different colors and prices. Since it said 3, I figured, even if there was a mistake, they'd have at least one there that I could see. Nope. I figured wrong. The gentleman at the front desk, Walter, said that they didn't actually have them there, because they share them with their corporate group. Ah, well then, that makes sense :) He was kind enough to show me the newer years of that model, and cars similar to that model, but they weren't what I'd come up to see. Yes, I should have called first. In my defense, I didn't expect to see 3 listed as currently in stock, but none actually there. I also thought that the bait and switch game was so cliche', and so well known, that no dealership would actually think you wouldn't see it as the cheap silly trick that it was. Instead of getting a sale by wasting your time and luring you in there, they actually guaranteed that I would never go back, that I would never trust them enough to buy a car there. What other tricks do they have up their sleeves? Beyond that, think of the mindset of a business that holds it's customers in such low regard, that it sees them only as figures from whom they can somehow extract money to purchase their merchandise. Unconcerned about the person's time or interest. Be that from an individual, a staff, or a corporation, it provided a view I'd have rather not seen. I can tell you, it wasn't a pretty sight.
*One more thing, speaking of sights. It was bad enough going all that way to find out it was a trick, but when you get there and see the place... that's really insulting. It looks like something left over from Chernobyl. When you are thinking to yourself, no, that couldn't be an Infiniti showroom... that's it. The most depressing looking, poorly lit, empty, small 'room'. Forget 'show.' It is uglier than the Dodge collision shop next to it. In the middle of nowhere. You definitely wouldn't have that 'New car kinda happy proud feeling' driving away. You'd feel more like you were escaping from Cell Block 14. I guess that bait trick was the only way they could actually get anyone out there. Gees.
Made a deal to buy a car had all our information and our salesman was with us and they sold it out from under us. In my opinion that s not how you do business. Held my in laws up making sure the other person was buying the car. I will never look to buy from them.
Brian Shiner was a breeze to work with. he gave me a better deal than the other dealerships i was speaking to, and even drove up to Boca Raton to pick me up so that i did not need to worry about transportation down to the dealership. everything was handled quickly and professionally and i was not pressured in any way to purchase something that i did not want or did not need. i would recommend Brian to anyone who i know is looking for a new Infiniti!
I talked to Christian in sawgrass Infiniti! He was super helpful and found me a beautiful crosstrek! When I decided I wanted a larger car he helped me find a perfect match and I bought a Subaru Forester later that day(:
Christian the sales guy treated me like if I was at home and I felt like family here! John In finance made the hard part easy, and was very nice. This has been an awesome experience!
My experience was awesome. I didnt buy my car from this location and they still fixed my tire and gave me excellent service. Tony in service was a delight to work with and I'd recommend him to family and friends. The lounge was nice with massage chairs and complementary waters and the bathrooms were spotless. Over all I'd definatley come back with out hesitation in the future.
Brought in the vehicle for new tires and the visors needed to be fixed. Truly exceptional service from Alan Moreno (like always). We received a loaner, pricing was fair, and the vehicle was clean and ready when promised. Been going here for years. Ask for Alan when you go.
Their Service Team is the best! I am retired so my time is even more valuable to me than ever and they respect that and get me in and out without hassle is no time at all. Infiniti's don't require much other than regular oil changes etc. so being able to get great service in a great atmosphere with very friendly staff is the best!
good experience, no hassle straight forward and got all the information on the repairs in time, as well as a update call, and indication when the vehicle was ready courteous and professional
5 star service all the way! I am proud to be a new member of the Sawgrass Infiniti Family! Who ever decides to make them your destination for a new car make sure you see Pier Russo (sales and internet manager) he has over 14 years of experience in the industry and it shows for sure. Also make sure your deal is drawn up by the one and only Mike Alonso (finance manager) he made sure to put an awesome deal together for me that I could not pass up. These 2 guys are amazing, and Sawgrass Infiniti are sure lucky to have them on their team. By the way, did I mention I love my new Infiniti Q50 Premium???? Its a fantastic car, its not only me thats impressed, its everyone that sees my car as well.
