Tip for Sawadee and parents who make family travel. Pay attention! What you need to bring proof of your children before you board the plane. My brother-in-law was not well informed by Sawadee. For both parents who travel together with their children under the age of 18, take the birth certificate (proof) of children alongside the children's passport. Check with google what documents you need. This prevents a lot of stress during check-in and customs formalities.

No, everything was super safe. No worries about corona. Day 4 of 21 we're going back! Super well deserved. What an outrageous negligence!

Good travel organization, but no longer as adventurous

In Amsterdam it was not possible to get a ticket for New Deli until Istanbul. And then you stand in line with a large amount of people. Half of the group do tickets, the other half do not. Strangely arranged by sawade. Minus 10 points. And we get our flight.this is the key question.and 5 people were not allowed to take the flight. Unbelievably badly arranged.

As nice as everything is arranged properly. No hassle about where you are going so you have time to really enjoy the well-deserved vacation and a mojito. Made a group trip to Cuba with my parents. Highly recommended!

Is seems they publish on their website only reviews who are positive and higher then 7 (from 1 to 10 scale)... Once they don't publish our opinion from our trip that we book from their website is mean they have something to hide. They are afraid to loose clients...
Asking huge amounts of money for mostly boring tours by bus everyday in very poor and very cheap countries. Don't trust this company!

Sawadee travel agency, the worst decision you can make for your holiday.
Very high price for poor quality services and also their own dutch travel guide who steal from you in miserably way. (at least this happened to me and my friend in our trip for almost 1 mounth to Asia in January 2016)

Very good tour operator with fantastic range of adventurous (family) tours worldwide. I regularly accompany trips for them and the travelers are always very satisfied with the route, hotels and contact with the organization.

Something went wrong with the outbound flight and Sawadee solved this perfectly. The trip itself was varied with pleasant stays. Then I know why I chose Sawadee and not for another travel organization.
