Too expensive for second hand items. Decent book selection.

For a business that operates on used/gently used donations, their prices are close to those of new items. I'd rather go to Goodwill as their pricing is fair. As for donations, I bring my children and my clothes to the Bissell Center Clothing Closet. The Bissell gives away clothes (for free) to families in need. The Clothing Closet definitely needs more donations! Hey VV why turn a huge profit from those already financially struggling?

There seems to be competition building with other thrift stores and prices are going up. All and all still a place too get a deal.

This is store is dirty, items are overpriced and the parking is horrendous

It's a good store but some of the crew have attitudes sometimes,
The big fat women who she is as supervisor is terrible,
The other supervisors are really wonderful people

Staff is friendly. Small parking lot. Clothing aisles are well maintained. Large store, good inventory. Some store areas are unorganized-books, furniture, oversize items.

Friendly staff. Most of the fun is hunting for what you like, need or want. Sometimes no luck and other times you can hit the jackpot. Always a great selection of clothing.

This was one of the best value villages I've ever been in. Clean, bright, spacious, and had some of the best quality clothing ive seen, great staff.

Whyte ave value village was one of my favs because they had low prices compared to other ones but I noticed they be jacking it up too come on peeps be like Walmart and roll back prices but other then that very beautiful tellers its a 4 out of 5 popcorns

I will never donate anything there again you give a coupon out and you can only use one inside at a time

Freaking expensive! My cart was sticky and gross. Definitely not cleaning the carts. No one social distances here. Won't be back, period!

This location has a really great selection of women's clothing. The shoe section isn't great though. They have clean changerooms and a bathroom located at the back by the footwear. Ive noticed that some of the prices are ridiculously high. No part of me wants to pay almost $20 for a pair of used Old Navy yoga pants.
If you go on a weekend they usually don't have a lot of cashiers so it takes a while to check out.

Always a experience shopping here you never know what you will find

getting a little pricey to be calling themselves VALUE Village but still some nice things there.

Uneven pricing on clothing, depending upon brand, bling, etc. Some good deals to be uncovered. Free parking lot, and pretty clean store.

A hotbed of stuff at the best of times but for this visit I did not find that which I sought. Maybe next time!

Found this store very dirty. Came in for a Halloween costume for my 14month old. Couldn't find any infant costume as sizes were all mixed and disorganized. The items they did have felt dirty/grubby. I needed to wash my hands after. This place also had a peculiar smell to it.

Usually busy and picked over. Prices are higher and more inconsistent than other 2nd hand stores.

Over all, a very clean store with a lot of stock. Staff were friendly and helpful. Certain items were somewhat over-priced, but over all, I was thrilled with my 3 purchases!

Of all the Value Villages that I frequent this has to be the most expensive of them all. I go to St.Albert. .Sherwood Park. ..West..North and South Edmonton.
And there's always a slight difference in prices. This one is like they just used the same price settings for everything. $19.99 for a used dress shirt with a frayed coller? Are you kidding me? Or a dollar store puzzle for $9.95? Not where I'd go .bad parking. And no real incentives to travel there and shop.

This location was unclean, under staffed, only one cash register open with over 15 people in line.

I love Value Village,but the staff at this location are horrible .Rude .

Good value, semi-clean, be wary of electronics. You may suffer buyers remorse if you take home a monitor that does not work or has issues.

I've had good and bad experiences at this store. I do find items at good prices, but some items have ridiculous prices. Plus they don't give discounts for donations anymore, which was the only reason I was donating to them, other wise I rather just give my stuff on kijiji. Their rewards program lasted less then one year which was odd. It's best to wait for them to have a 50% sale to shop here. Most of staff is nice, the store is big and organized. Get there for opening time when there is specials if you want to get a hold of the good items.

This is the best Value Village I have visited. The store is a bit smaller than most but it was full of great quality and low priced goods. Also, it was organized and easy to navigate.

It is what it is....great place for work and play apparel for a great deal.

Always find good deals except on books get your books from goodwill way better prices

good, have a variety of options on everything, but in some isles it look like a mess.
I terms of price I prefer goodwill with every day special tag off but value village have good sales in some days, you should just register as a club member in store to receive their offers by email.

The best selection I have found for men's used clothing. Staff were fantastic too. :)

Some of the employees need an attitude check, I believe companies have a " leave your personal problems at home before you come to work" policy. I don't care if you're having a bad day, fake it and don't be rude.

This place is starting to cost a lot. Items that used to be reasonable are sometimes costing more that what they cost at the the original store. Not sure why things would cost so much considering that the stock was donated for free.

Store is very dirty, messy and unorganized. I really noticed a big jump in their prices. Cheaper to buy new or on the buy and sell sites.

Fair prizes although I didn't find enough variaty in electronics. I guess that their stock is greatly variable.

I went there at your store this at 82 avenue past 11:00 am and Got some stuff. When i was going pay i forgot my wallet at my house so i tell the casher young guy. that i will come back for the stuff i will just get my wallet..but when i came back to pay it was gone he just put it just besised his countet. I was so upset...

This value village has a huge selection of goods, all in good quality and all appeared to be washed, however the building itself is quite old and unappealing looking. That being said the staff are very helpful and friendly, and it makes up for the ominous feeling you get in the parking lot.

Even when short-staffed, the employees are always very friendly and helpful! They've been understanding of unique problems and did all they could to help me out when the accessible fitting room was occupied for a long time by someone who could have used a regular fitting room.

Unfortunately, the main doors are not currently accessible, and I have to turn around, walk backwards, and push the doors open with my posterior to get in and out with my walker. This desperately needs to be fixed.

Ok selection. I find it pretty picked over because it's in the younger university crowd part of town.

Great deal if you know what you are looking for, take a trip more than once over there, you might find something good. Customer is a bit slow to respond otherwise great place

Wish the return policy was better while the change rooms are closed. The carts could be sanitized between uses.

A great service. I was looking at coats yesterday. A lot of customers were leaving their dirty coats on the rack. Im assuming they were leaving with coats from the store. The racks were full of dirty coats.

Staff is always friendly, and the store is usually well organized, and clean.
