Some items should be off the shelves! Ripped and stained but good other wise!
It's alright. If you wanna find some good stuff you gotta be open minded. If you look everywhere, you're bound to find some stuff you like. Though some of the prices are scuffed, so don't think everything's a deal. The staff are kinda passage aggressive
Love to pick up just about everything there is perfect for house accessory
This thrift store has alot of good stuff! But like all thrift stores things are either reasonably priced or way over priced, I saw a sweet jacket but it was $20!! For a jacket that was someone else's before that's insane, but I also got a shirt for $2.50! You win some you loose some!
A great place for designer clothes. Already broken in, for a sure fit!
Value village went way down hill. The prices are so high now since they were bought out. You're better off buying stuff brand new.
This is a neat value village almost like a giant garage sale. Cheap prices and cool stuff. Seems to have unique items because of the location on Whyte ave what gets donated here is unique and vintage
I like the idea of second hand shopping, but this place's prices are just not in line with reality. $15 for a faded H&M teeshirt dress that probably didn't even cost that much new? Pass. $9 for a pair of ill-fitting jeans from forever 21 where the fabric in the inner thighs has already worn bear? Pass. $80 for a musty oil cloth jacket with a disgusting matted fur collar? Pass.
Value village is a privately-held for-profit multinational company. They buy donated goods in bulk from charities and then re-sell them at a profit.
More stuff at this one and seasonal items come out earlier than other stores
Absolutely great ,found what I was looking 4 and then some
Busy place, and usually helpful staff. The smell not so good!
wonderful place, much less busy than some of the others and it often has odd or unique things
Expensive and some items were very dirty considering covid would expect better
My usual spot to stop to thrift shop. I'm surprised at how many new things I see each visit.
This value village does not have the best selection of goods.
Some great finds here, I grab my Halloween costume from here every year. Prices are getting very high though. Sometimes it is cheaper to buy new from Walmart or H&M.
Frienly staff. Good prices. Could use more donations as choises are limited.
Great treasures.. But prices are getting close to what you can buy new
I've been going to this Value Village for several years now and have never had a problem. Staff are kind and the place is well kept!
Looking for musty smelling old ugly wearing over priced clothing, look no further. But hey you might just find that diamond somewhere in the rough. Right?
I liked the store. It was just not enough people on tills. That was very maddening.
There is no consistency with prices and the sizes are never properly organized which makes the customer have to sift through the entire section.
Over priced for a lot of things the whole point of value village is to get a shocking deal not pay store price for used goods .
Love poking around this place. I always find something interesting. Staff is very pleasant.
The selection is good and you can always find gems if you look hard enough.
Good selection, good prices, can always find some hidden gems here
Lots of bargains. Spacious. Stock turns over quickly.
Great place to find good quality used, one of a kind items. Fair prices...great selection.
One of the best in the city. High volume, meaning new stuff on the regular
Some of the prices are a little high considering it's a second hand store. Still, a decent place to look for a bargain, though this location is usually pretty picked over.
There have been some good finds but it's mostly overpriced depeartments that sometimes cost more than Walmart or the dollar store
The selection is good and you can always find gems if you look hard enough.
BUSY and the women's clothing is rarely organized but the staff makes it such an enjoyable experience
Nice place to get anything from house hold steel utensils to clothes wollen and regular. Stationary to cosmetics to electronics..
You find here for reasonable prices
Went here for the %50 off all clothing, only to check my receipt the next day and i was only given a one cent discount on the clothes that i purchased.I called the store but they cant do anything for me since the sale was on Monday mar 4.They wouldn't give me their name now after this horrible experience I dont think I will be shopping at the Value village again...they hike up all the prices on the clothing thats donated, its not like they pay full prices for those items because when I walk around in there they constantly say over the intercom that they help non profit organizations which is a huge lie.
They have a good selection and if you donate any clothing or anything they give you a coupon for 25% off
Loved it as always... I get my shampoo conditioner and many other personal care items here .
please do your research value village is ripping off people off their ownand prices are way higher than they are supposed to be valued
Value village is like going on a scavenger hunt, you either find something amazing or you walk out empty handed, all depends on what you really want to find.
Apparently cash only. Not the best assortment but way better than goodwill
It's ok, I find most items to be overpriced so I don't go there unless it's a sale day or I've got lots of time to kill looking for items that are actually reasonably priced. It's usually clean and well staffed though so that's a plus. Often not too busy and the lines to pay aren't bad. Sometimes there's junk but I've found some really nice items here.
They need a larger store area. The clothing racks are stuffed full and a second washroom facility is necessary
Was ok but somethings dont have prices on them or signs with prices
This is a fairly large store, so there's quite a bit of inventory, so the chances of finding a treasure are increased. My partner was able to find exactlythe type of long, down filled jacket she was after, for just ten bucks!
Love the staff at this location polite friendly and always have a smile for everyone that walks through there doors no matter what there situation in life is.
Excellent place to support charity, promote environmentalism by reusing, and get a good selection of vintage clothes.
Messy, lots of customers that didn't respect the store keepers and overall not that clean. Selection could have been better.
