I get a membership with Globe Quest to use this company, even and being a member " I DO NOT" recommend using the services of this agency, the website is very bad and customer service is terrible, if you do not want to have headaches better use another service,

Do not fall for it! We went to presentation to get a free carriage ride and $100 restaurant card. I then read all the bad reviews and told the guy we were not interested and walked out with out anything! Better than paying down $7000!!!!

Very rude. Went to orientation, wrong information ...

Very rude. Went to orientation, wrong information was given to me. The representative says " we pay for each guest...." I took time off of work, to see what they offer. The information I received over the phone, was completely different, from what the representative told me there. I really think me showing up, losing money, due to me taking time off, representative could do better then telling me about what they paid.

What kind of scam is this??
You cant sell vouchers for destinations you have no right to sell
Yesterday, we had a customer show up with one your bogus Vouchers & no reservation
You ripped this customer off !!
In turn, we were ripped off because we honored your bogus voucher!!
It is our job to create a Destination Experience which is hard to do when there a clown show in the back drop selling a bogus product.
Shame on You!!

severely disappointed- sales people told us 98.7% satisfaction- schedule cruise 9mo ahead no problem 20 % off list- tried regent cruise told booked up in dec 2018- went on regent site still availability-representative at cruise desk at best average-

They were good about booking my trip but never sai...

They were good about booking my trip but never said that I needed a major Credit Card until I called to schedule my dates . I was told that I had to cancel and some one would call be back cause no one was available to take my call to cancel Its been two weeks now and no one will call me back and every time I call I get the same Answer no one is available to take my call they will call you back . This trip was For my 5th year anniversary now it looks like I wont be going out of town cause I cant even book another trip do to the hold up of funds on there behalf over 800+ dollars
