Living here from last 2 months, Location is good b...

Living here from last 2 months, Location is good but the construction quality of the buiding is pathetic and the contractors who do the work here...its crazy task to get the work done from them, during rain....water is inside flat literally because the ducts are no closed properly tired of highlighting all these issues but nothing happening and very imp probelm is you have monkeys around alot of them. Overall not good not worth the money.

All 3 and above rating given guys are marketting and their own managing group guys please stay away. Even if you find some +300 Rs extra per SQft flat book it. Maintenance will kill you .We are paying 6500Per month as the construction not good.Even if they give for free dont go lot of legal issues will be there.
be very careful buying here ;you will be in pain for life due to the mistakes you are taking now to buy the flat here.Better stay away i am left with no options. Do not believe their words they take all the money but they do not pay to any government officials.

Lack of responsibility from Marketing team if you purchase in Kaveri block (Land owner's share). They are only concerned till you hand them the cheque. Once sale is complete they don't take responsibility for any issues.
Need to constantly follow up with site supervisor to get the work done.

I just wanted some information about this property..we saw a flat here and so far liked it..but as you know its a big decision to buy a house..every1 wants the best of their choice n budget..considering a few reviews here we r now getting confused..I just want some opinions/informations from the owners of this property..specially from those who are already staying here..would any1 be kind enough to provide us with all the pros n cons of this??

Too many monkeys are roaming around your flat.
By mistake if you left door or window open then it is gone. Monkeys will enter and destroy your house. This happened with a person staying here.
Because it's roadside little bit honking sound will be coming.

Nice and Big. Just beside keys Hotel and opposite to Singasandra bus stop so atleast living here will make sure good and quick connectivity. Flats with ect flyover also available.

Ask about the prices carefully as there are lot of overheads on mentioned price in price list. Amenities yet to be developed.

Worst Apartment.. Please don't take up a flat here and don't consider too... very noisy and ugly smell from the hotel(Rame Strand Inn)'s exhaust.. Its really irritating.. I had a felt a huge vibration inside the apartment too..

No one is considering this point from the builder, association members too.

I cant give a single review point to this apartment.. Since i cant post with out single review, i have provided a single rating...

Location wise very good for ppl working in Electro...

Location wise very good for ppl working in Electronic city and koramangala. Complex Infrastructure work is still going on. Gated community. Garden, gym, children play area and badminton court is there.

Pathetic construction with low quality material, marbles, doors, 24/7 money problem. Builder is running away from this project.. Few residents are involved with Builder and running the show. No accountability. Just come and stay here and be ready to bribe builder people for each and every work.. PPl are crying and no other go. Dancing with Monkey problem. Builder told it is your problem not mine. Monkies are sleeping in terrace here and swimming pool are utilized by monkies.

I am staying here and builder is enforcing his own rules and already ran away from this project.. We are suffering its fine but don't come and suffer. if you are buying then check marble quality(it is giving sound when you walk on it), uneven floors, electric work (many rooms don't have fan points or other electric points), bath room doors are bend in more than 300 flats, pathetic WTP and STP work. Sending forcibly STP water in bath rooms. Half of residents hair is already turning grey, lot of skin problem so think 100 times before purchasing. He has promised RO plant but in reality there is no RO.

Right on the main road at singsandra bus stop, two blocks, good amenities-2 gym , 2 community halls, swimming pool, children play area, 24/7 security. There are still few flats available for sale.

3. Spacious flats 2 or 3 bhk (1200 to 1800 sqft), with 1 or more than 1 balcony.

Cons:
1. Area is not that good.
2. Market is not that nearby.
3. Amenities (swimming pool, gym) are still not there & are under construction.
4. There are a horrible plumbing leeks & peeling paint, which is visible by naked eye (not in all flats).
5. Broadband can only be installed of some local vendor & ACT & other broadbands are not available (because of local vendor or goons).

Poor quality construction, just go and scratch the wall you will get to know, full of pollution during peak hours, inhale pollution if your kids are playing in play area, Dont believe my review, go and taste it yourselves.

In the main road clearly visible . Bus stop in feont of the gate. Some of the apartments do not have light passing in. Rooms are very dinge. Multiple owners involved so you can bargain your way in to get the best deal. Parking for visitors was a concern.

Elecrician work is too pathetic, plumbing work is too bad I joined on March first ..2018 monkeys are more you can t use swimming pool also ..quality of building is worth less.. think before you purchase max price 3500/sft
