I used to get my 15 Scion FR-S RS1 serviced at this location. My last experience was not the best. They took apart my parking brake and left it dismantled and broken. When I complained, they were supposed to order the part and inform me of when it came in to replace it. They never called. I will never go back.

The people who answer the phones have no idea what they are talking about. I spoke to the person, explained what I needed done, and they set up an appointment for me. Once I arrived I was told they don't even offer the service I needed. A HUGE waste of time. Extremely disappointed. I hate when people speak confidently on thing they don't understood.

Went in for a oil change and came out with a 4Runner TRD pro. All thanks to our professional sales man David Zerafat. We have been eyeing a 4 runner for a while and once we seen it we fell in love. From the beginning David set a very comfortable environment, we did not fell pressured one bit. He made sure that everything we asked for was received. I highly recommend working with him especially if it's your first time buying a new vehicle. This is now my third brand new Toyota.
