The people who answer the phones have no idea what they are talking about. I spoke to the person, explained what I needed done, and they set up an appointment for me. Once I arrived I was told they don't even offer the service I needed. A HUGE waste of time. Extremely disappointed. I hate when people speak confidently on thing they don't understood.
