This is my 3rd time dealing with Mr. Nick. He always makes sure my service needs are met. Today was no different. My last few visits have been very unpleasant, triggering my already ptsd, anixety, and just not feeling protected as a woman. Nick is the only one, that has listened and made me feel like he cares about the bad experiences I've accounted at this dealership.I came up here today already frustrated because of prior incidents. Thank GOD Mr. Nick was my represenative. He went above & beyond. A $600 something balance due, turned into a Free Service. I thank GOD for all the blessings, no matter who or where they come from. Thank You soooo much NICK!!!! Im not dealing with anyone else when it comes to my vehicle. Also your manager that was so helpful with this process.
