Had technical issues during EVERY step of the process. They offered almost none of the core curriculum classes that I needed in order to transfer to a real university. They NEVER return emails. Terrible experience. Really unprofessional.

The front end staff for registering and financial aid are some of the worst customer service I have ever received.
We signed into the computer to wait for our time to be seen. We were almost immediately called up on the Monitor display in the main hall.
We then sat there for ten minutes while numerous staff members kept looking over at us and talking amongst themselves.
Then when we finally got the REGISTAR to see us, she was nothing but rude and dismissive.
We were sent to the student advisor to make sure the correct steps had been taken. Which we have done numerous times beforehand.

Their registration & financial aid department are kinda lazy & will look you right in the eye then look away unless you ask for help. Can t be shy in customer service! Definitely need to start welcoming people with a smile.
