The front end staff for registering and financial ...

The front end staff for registering and financial aid are some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

We signed into the computer to wait for our time to be seen. We were almost immediately called up on the Monitor display in the main hall.

We then sat there for ten minutes while numerous staff members kept looking over at us and talking amongst themselves.

Then when we finally got the REGISTAR to see us, she was nothing but rude and dismissive.



We were sent to the student advisor to make sure the correct steps had been taken. Which we have done numerous times beforehand.
