When I moved my family from NYC to Stonington, CT earlier this year I needed to find a new insurance agent to work with, so I asked for recommendations and was given 3 references. Of those 3, Debbie Kane from SAVA proved to be the best agent by far. She has been patient with me in explaining local laws and insurance regulations that I am not familiar with, as well as being prompt, professional and genuinely a very nice person.
