I used John Riggins to buy my house in 2015 and again (once he was with Saunders) to sell it 5 years later in 2020. They are very knowledgeable about the area, asked great questions to help us find our dream home and kept us well informed throughout the selling and buying processes. I found Saunders realty to have both poor rental and real estate divisions, having experienced both. It was difficult getting repairs done, they were confused about lease agreement and absolutely no help looking for a home to buy.
